I love the interior and the staff at this Starbucks location. Inside is the place to relax and forget the pressure and stress of the day. The baristas are some of the finest and helpful and courteous. I always enjoy my experience whenever I have the opportunity. The parking is plentiful. The inside has multiple alcoves that seem to offer a different experience.

ATTN: Very dangerous Starbucks for individuals with allergies or those have dietary restrictions such as diabetic individuals. This Starbucks does not follow recipes. The staff members will go out of their way to craft drinks improperly depending on their mood with a customer. Employees joke and laugh about intentionally putting wrong ingredients into customers cups. If you custom order a beverage they will on purpose make your drink wrong. My most recent encounter with this is, I ordered an iced skinny caramel macchiato. It came with whole milk. The caramel drizzle lattice, that was supposed to be on top of the shots, was dumped into giant singular wad 2 inches high at the bottom of my cup.

I’ve been to this Starbucks 100s of times and it is really hit or miss. Consistently the staff is friendly, but the service is beyond slow. Both inside and the drive thru. The store is also a mess inside. Garbage overflowing and staff frantically working to try and get orders out. I wanted to share that last week I ordered the spicy falafel wrap, and received the jalapeño chicken wrap. As a vegetarian you can imagine my displeasure in this mistake, to put it mildly. Corporate needs to focus on this store badly!!

I just wanted a croissant, cold. It was there, in front of me, behind the glass. No one else was queueing at the register. 3 young women were doing various chores. Finally one came up to the register, I ordered the croissant, adding a 20% tip, and I had to repeat my name a couple of times so she got it right. I was told to wait. I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick it off the shelf, put it in a bag, put a sticker with my name on it, and hand it to me (I was standing right there the whole time). I guess there are coffee machines to clean, trash to empty, bigger orders to fill from the folks in their car behind the wall. Still, great way to make the customer feel valued! I get there is a very complex process to follow closely, but how about using a bit of common sense and just handing me the croissant right away? It’s faster for everyone. This whole idiotic robotic way of doing things means I will avoid this store from now on. It makes me sad.
