I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks since they opened, but over the last few months the quality has dropped significantly. The coffee has been consistently bad and often undrinkable. The espresso tastes burned every time, which makes me think there’s an issue with the machines.
For the price, coffee shouldn’t be a gamble. I won’t be returning to this location and will instead drive to the Smokey Point Starbucks, which is consistently much better. This is really disappointing as a long time customer.

The baristas had a security guard walking around the back of the drink station, and one of the employees walked around asking everyone “how’re you doing today?” kind of like how someone would ask if you were in trouble. It was weird. Unless I missed something, there was nothing peculiar that happened for them to go around asking that? Idk. It’s almost like they wanted to only ask one person but didn’t want anyone to feel targeted so they asked everyone instead. Also, this short-haired firefighter who was staring me down inside walked out the same time I did, into the parking lot. Anyways…

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks! Very disappointed with the drive-thru’s attitude on this Thanksgiving morning! My girlfriend and I were trying to get exact change and both the manager and the drive-thru server acted like we couldn’t afford it or didn’t have enough and had very condescending attitudes once we gave them the money and they didn’t give us our change they were rushing us and they weren’t even busy…no lines inside or out! AND my girlfriend even paid for extra shots of flavor for her drink to which they did not do! Will not be going there again!!!

My favorite Starbucks location in the area. There’s plenty of seating area, pleasant and modern interior decor. Staff are pleasant and of course the coffee is delicious! I’m glad this location is only 5 minutes away from home.

The team here is the absolute nicest group of people ever! I’m in town for a trip and came in for coffee and to work remotely for a few hours (excellent internet) and came in again today and they had all remembered my name and my order. Hot dang! 10/10!

The staff at this Starbucks location are absolutely amazing. The person who took our order was so kind and patient. They also made my coffee perfectly. All the staff knew the regulars and called them by name, it was a very warming atmosphere. I saw them take care of a regular that only ordered hot water and sugar and they were so kind to him it really made my day. Thank you guys for being so awesome!!!
