The store was very clean, cozy, and had a comfortable atmosphere. It felt like a perfect spot to relax and enjoy my drink. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Won’t be coming back to this one.
We’ve been a member for 10+ years and I’ve never seen such disrespect.
Pull up in the drive through after making a mobile order and there’s no cars behind us. We’re the only ones there. They made us wait for 5 minutes and then proceed to tell us that they can’t make the drinks right now and will start it. Just pull into the parking lot and someone will bring it out. I’ve never heard of this before since drinks aren’t that hard to make it and it was just two drinks. Not even the blended menu.
She didn’t tell us sorry or where to go. We pull into the lot and she makes direct eye contact with us so she knows we’re out there. 15 minutes pass. No one comes out, 10+ cars drive by. The people who went in after us into the store already got their drinks.
We go back into the drive through and they had a staff change and no one knew what our order was. I asked for an update and why no one came out. “Ma’am I’ve been at the drive through for only 2 minutes.”
I pull up after waiting another 10 minutes because there were more customers.
Asked to talk to the manager. SAVANNAH the shift lead said that we were supposed to pull into the lot and when someone came out, they didn’t see us.
First of all, that was a lie because I wasn’t on my phone and stared at them the whole time so I can be ready and NO ONE came out.
I explained the situation but kept going
“Next time, next time” I don’t care about next time. I want this to be fixed now. They wasted 30 minutes of my time. No apologies either. Kept trying to shove the drinks into my hand. Which were also old since they’ve been sitting there and the ice has melted. They made one of the lattes wrong and we asked for them to make it again since my partner can’t have cinnamon and we asked for none.
She said thats just how the drink comes and kept trying to force it. Then proceeded to ask if I can pull into the lot and come inside. I said no, please fix it now. Im not waiting for you to serve others again and have to go around AGAIN.
She made it again, gave attitude but the lid is still the same and has cinnamon in it. Photo provided below.
It is not my fault that your team can’t communicate. Instead of blaming the customer, why not apologize and try to make it right? Just said next time, do this. Messed up our drinks, and gave attitude. If I had never gone back to the drive through or asked, they would have never given me my drinks.
Worst team and experience ever. I hope everyone there gets what they deserve and this feedback gives a slap on their wrist or more. They were all rude.
I think I found my new spot. I’ll definitely come back. Kinda tired of drive through anything right now. I want to slow down, sip, and interact beyond the window lol. Thanks for the great vibes y’all!
I wanted to share some feedback about my visit today. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte by drive thru, and when I mentioned that the drink didn’t taste quite right to me and I requested a remake, I felt a bit uncomfortable with the process. I didn’t have the receipt because I ordered from somewhere else and I paid in cash. While I was ordering the employee doesn’t what goes into the chai, I asked no little cinnamon which is chai concentrate and I asked else you guys put in it and he said water. He doesn’t know anything how to make chai. Then I pay with the Starbucks app.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but the recent changes have made Starbucks more of a headache than a convenience. The new 2026 tiered rewards system is a blatant downgrade for anyone who isn’t spending a fortune. Forcing customers into “Green, Gold, or Reserve” levels just to keep stars from expiring while making it harder to earn them in the first place is exhausting.
The app itself feels predatory. Between the $10 minimum reloads and the “dark patterns” that make it nearly impossible to spend a small remaining balance without adding more money, it feels like my funds are being held hostage. On top of that, the policies in-store are becoming increasingly cold; the focus on “quality” (like making you wait to pour a Nitro until you’re physically there) just results in longer wait times and a chaotic mobile pickup experience.
It’s clear the company has shifted its focus entirely to squeezing every cent out of customers while ignoring the people who actually make the coffee. Also they break the law through despicable union busting.
Something simple but can’t seam to get it right. I am heading to work so I have no time to wait for another drink to be made. Customer service was great but what I ordered was not correct.
Disappointed. This Starbucks is most convenient for me since it’s close to work. Giving this 4star
