They have fast service and a very convenient drive thru. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a coffee boost, snack break, or is just craving something sweet. The employees are normally in a nice welcoming mood and the inside seating is great.

I ordered a tall brewed coffee with a little cream at the drive through yesterday. What I got was a tall cup with something very surgery. I have diabetes and stay away from sugar. I had already driven off and no time to get this order straightened out. Really disappointed.

I come to this Starbucks a few times a week. The employees are extremely rude and do not acknowledge me or my husband when we come in. It takes them 10+ minutes to put the drinks in a bag for us and when we ask them to do so they seemed annoyed and have an attitude. The entire staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I can’t say anything good about this location to be honest.

As a former partner at a Medford Starbucks, I don’t want to go back to this store and that’s really sad. I ordered a tea with two honey last night NOT to be controversial, but because I am pregnant and was on my way out of town at 7:30pm and didn’t want to drink coffee. With no customers behind me and I was left and the window as she was “filling” my ice water but actually push her head set to talk smiling and chatting, and when she came to greet me I could just sense annoyance and not friendly. I had my app scanned and she just sat there until it was awkward like I’m obviously not paying with cash and I said can I please pay with tap pay, and she just holds it out. The whole interaction was just horrible, I was still trying to be nice and give the benefit of doubt and tipped and said thank you as she handed me my tea and I got no reply. Didn’t double cup my hot tea and I asked for a stopper and sleeve, because I know how hot the water is and ha, of course no honey, if they put any in maybe they slid a drop out of the packet to make it look like they did. Do better, be better not everything is controversial and Starbucks is the one that sells this tea so why treat a costumer like this feels intentional!

Bought some breakfast sandwiches and the bread seemed to be over ‘ovened’ as they turned out to be a bit over toasted. Service was quick and restrooms are clean with plenty of parking space available and spots for quick pickup.

My coffee is always burnt:( The are always chitchatting to the point I now know gossip about their fellow employees lol I’ve been overcharged for a quad shot over ice that was also very very burnt. RIP to that espresso roast.

Every time I come here they make something wrong, its ruined Starbucks for me as a whole. Today, I went to give it one last try as I was missing my late mom and went to get her favorite drink. As I was ordering at the inside counter, the employee taking my order, while I’m mid sentence, mid order, ran off. TWICE. Thats absolutely ridiculous, rude, and blantly disrespectful. Wasted $8 dollars on a drink I can’t even drink or enjoy. I ordered a Grande extra hot, breve style chai with 2 pumps vanilla, and no water. Tell me why my drink has no vanilla and is completely watered down. It was like drinking hot water. How do you ruin a simple way chai? So thanks Starbucks, never fail to make me waste money. Go to Human Bean or Dutch Bros.

If you are going to overpay for a tasty coffee, this is one of the places. Also helps that they can heat up some food for you if you’re in a rush to get breakfast. It’s nothing to die for but it’s sustenance.
