went in looking for a cup for my wife. ordered a cookie and a cake pop for my kids. stood there for over 15 mins while the store was empty and the workers where chatting with each other. finally went up to the counter to ask how much longer for a cake pop and cookie and was told ” sorry he’s new and must have forgotten, stickers didn’t print” needless to say i was irate got my stuff and left. kids said treats where good but for 8 dollars and an over 15 min wait i am officially done going to starbucks

I wasn’t going to post but can’t shake it off my mind. I have bought Starbucks coffee probably more them your average person, I love Starbucks BUT I went to counter to order a hot coffee my regular Carmel Maciato Hot. It was 4:17 she came to counter to take my order, I told her I want the Carmel mochioto hot with whip. She said no I can’t I’ve already cleaned the machines. I said so you don’t close till after 6, she still said no I tried to argue in a respectful way she said I can make you something else. Without making a scene I was sooo pissed at that point and just ended up with 2 frappicino I never drink. Will never go back if they dint want to work they need to quit these kids these days don’t want to work, but just want a pay check. I might order again or start making my own. frap was tasteless.

From my point of view I think it is a good environmental and relaxing place since I have seen opinions that say the opposite but in my opinion it is not like that, they will be the ones who take it very seriously but the people there were kind to me, no complaints at all. most of them would come back to have my ice matcha venti latte

The food is the best microwaved sysco food you can find! And the employees are so considerate, they leave you a full inch of empty cup space so your $6 mocha doesn’t splash out of the lid covered cup! And when you mention it to them, “that’s how it’s supposed to be made!” So glad they are such great people.

I ordered my drink prior to arrival on the mobile app, my drink was ready when I arrived and tasted perfect. The Starbucks employee greeted me as soon as I walked in. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a little tricky at times. This location offers seating in and outdoors and has a nice selection of merchandise.

Very spacious with covered outside seating, which is a rare set-up since most only offer umbrellas with limited coverage. A variety of seating options: smaller 1-2 person table to 4 person table; chairs vary from lounge chairs, hard-wood chairs, cushioned bench, and stool-like seat.
Staff was friendly. Already had coffee from a Starbucks out of town, so did not try a drink here and thus 4 stars. Pumpkin loaf was quickly ready.

The coffee was not good. I understand there’s a rush and it’s crazy busy in the morning because of school and work. But with how prices are these days, and how everything is going up on a daily basis. It’s nice to treat yourself to a yummy coffee. And this morning it was shit. Didn’t even taste like a white mocha. I don’t even know what it was. This isn’t the first time unfortunately. It sucks when you’re paying that much for a coffee and it turns to shit.

So this is the second time i try to get my favorite drink here in Lebanon and even after i asked at the window that my drink didn’t seem to have anything extra!! No extra Carmel or crunch at all!!! And i wouldn’t be so mad if i hadn’t gone a few days prior and been given a carmel ribbon crunch with chocolate chunks in it instead of ribbon crunch, if they are going to do my order how they like I’m making sure everyone knows it and drink your drinks at the window because even after i told them they simply said that’s how it looks. It tastes how it looks. Simple. Not extra at all. Twice in a row is enough.
