Walked in and heard two of the staff near the drive through talking crap about the customers and not with their “inside voices” either. The store was cleanish. The drinks were made well. The pastries looked great. KJ was friendly.

Went to get a quick drink from this location like I do every single day and for some reason my simple açaí lemonade was tasting so bitter and watered down. I asked for it to be re made which they did twice and both times tasted worse then the last. The man at the window (Liam) was not helpful at all! He just stood there looking at me lost and annoyed when I asked for a refund or something to fix the situation he said nothing and just starred at my fiance and I until I started to be a little angrier he asked for the drink back and refunded me. I was already having a rough day so I was trying to be polite but his service was not the best and this was the first time I’ve seen him and had this experience at this location which makes me sad because everyone else is always so kind.

Went inside yesterday to ordered a Venti Ice Caramel Protein Macha and a Grande Mocha Cookie Crumble with no chocolate drizzle. While making the matcha drink, we were told they were out of the Protein and had just about an inch in the cup and ask us how we want to sub it. We were puzzled because how else were we going to sub the ingredient. We were not offered money back while she waited us to tell her how we want her to make it and it didn’t help as it was busy so we were completely rushed. We waited another 15 minutes for my 2nd drink because they forgot about it. They still added the drizzle that I did not want but caught it themselves and poured the whip cream with drizzle out and added more whip cream. The cup was a mess, didnt wipe it and handed it over so we had to wipe the cup up as it was dripping from the side. We ended up tossing the venti drink as the flavor was really off. Spent over $17.

Thank you to whoever made my coffee yesterday it taste so good it wasn’t water down it seemed like whoever made this actually took their time, I loved how it looked also, it just wasn’t thrown together as if they were in a rush, I was really pleased with my order I haven’t got a Starbucks in years so this really made me excited . We need more people who actually love their job and enjoy what they are doing thanks!

If you want to pay $6 for a cup of ice I would recommend to try this location, I got two drinks tonight, they were both full of ice, ridiculous! To whom made my drinks: if I want to buy ice, I could just go to grocery store buy a bag of ice, I didn’t need to come here pay $13 for two cups of ice. First time this location and last time, won’t waste my hard earned money here again! Never!

Fairly new Starbucks with lots of parking and easy in and out access. Clean inside and out! Although there is always a drive thru line, it’s fairly quick because the staff is precise and efficient. They made my Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino perfectly!

Worst location ever. Drinks taste watered down, food is super dry and desserts are still cold even when you ask for them warm.
