I came here to study while my car was getting detailed nearby. I was here for hours, since 9:30 am. My coffee was made perfectly. The service from the girls working today 10/30/25 was amazing to everyone who came in. They seem passionate about their job.

This is the Starbucks I always came when I was a high school student However I stoped by here today and tried to get some drinks. we ordered three frappe and they are really tasty. However, I asked for a cup of ice and the first time I asked the person said ok but didn’t even give it to me. I have to asked three time for a cup of ice. Showed really poor customer service. Kinda disappointed of this location.

It’s always a hit and miss at this location sometimes it’s good sometimes not so much. Today purchased a drink and there was a slice in the cup spilled everywhere. I’m seeing all the response to contact the website but I did that already and they give you a 1-800# and I’m not doing that. This is like the 3rd time I’ve gotten drinks that had faulty lids or cuts in the mouth part that cut our lips when taking a drink at this location now this.

The baristas at this Starbucks are nice and very fast. They run out of items quickly, though, but you can check in the app before you go. They have plenty of inside and outside seating, as well as restrooms.

we ordered a strawberry and creme frappucino, not sure how or why the baristas added java chips. it was not specified in the order and we did not ask. also is it standard to pour strawberry puree on the top? i know that is not correct either. this location needs work. avoid it if you can

Everything is expensive and the product is generally mediocre, but that’s not unique to this location and if you’re coming to Starbucks, you already knew all of that.
That said, the bariatas are friendly and generally pretty quick and, now that I think of it, I don’t think they’ve ever got my order wrong. It’s a pleasant location and the staff keep it clean. We come pretty regularly and we wouldn’t do that if it wasn’t worth it to us.

Stores in the area open at 5:30AM however the stores are never quite ready. The doors are still locked and I just get stared at. I even waited until 5:42 but the doors remained locked as they continued preparing. This was inconvenient as I came here because they are supposed to be open and serving by now. I ended up leaving without being to even step inside the store. I want to be clear that when I visit later in the morning the staff and service is good but the morning crew either needs to get in earlier or request a later open.
