For some reason whoever was warming up the food today thought it was okay to burn it and give it to me after “warming” it up. Never has this happened and clearly they need to be trained on how to WARM food up and NOT BURN IT! a waste of money! Couldnt even go back to replace it due to work. Make sure to check your items. Didnt think i had to double check to see if it was warmed up right?! This happened today at 11am 02/04/2026. Really disappointed in whoever hired this person. This was a simple “let me just warm up a different one” but no they thought “just serve this”! All you could smell was burnt bread. Hard and disgusting!

I got an order and They told me that they had the red cups but when I got there and picked up my order they didn’t even have them They said they sold out. They lied to me to me and one of the baristas was very rude. I got a holiday beverages and I feel like they should respect that I got the order and I should have got 3 red cups because I got three holiday drinks.

It took decades to get a Starbucks in Galt and now we have two of them but let me tell you, the one on C Street is in all rights, a Flag Ship location, when you walk in you get a feeling of expansive space , lots of room to move, large comfortable seating and plenty of power, USB outlets, Power Outlets underneath sitting areas, the outside patio area is going to be the top hangout spot in the fall, it is gorgeous and at night it lights up, the design of this Starbucks is special and really something to appreciate.

I came in for a Medicine Ball, and it was prepared quickly and tasted as expected. The service was efficient, and the store and bathroom were clean. Unlike many locations, this store is open until 9, which is convenient for an evening stop.

Very nice Starbucks location! I went to this location to get a coffee before an interview. They were fast and efficient. I also like the bathrooms at this location! Very clean! There are two bathrooms with just the toilet inside and when you come out, there is a touch less sink, soap dispenser and air dryer all in one unit. A good bathroom at any eating establishment, is a huge selling point for me! I will be back to this location when I’m in the area again!

This is what I got with a shaken espresso. I was running late for a meeting and couldn’t go back in to get it fixed. It’s missing 1/4 of it and they put 5 pumps of syrup instead of 1.5. Yuk! Just threw it away . I go there 3x a week thanks a lot Starbucks! Just threw away $7
