This Starbucks is okay. It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. The seating space is small and they’re usually busy because it’s off the freeway. The drinks tasted fine and the service was okay.

Snooty and I inviting. I walk in without a greeting despite having being the only one inside the cafe. I go to the order and the more experienced employee seemed annoyed I had the audacity to even approach them to order anything. And asked for someone else to help me. After ordering my drinks I received no thank you… accept the employee walking away. Then I noticed the next person who walks in received a more pleasant greeting. Either, I needed to change my outfit to seem more appropriate for their liking, or they just didn’t like my appearance. Either way It was a very awful and disrespectful experience. They might not receive a lot of walk ins giving that it was a drive thru…. Regardless, they should be more pleasant towards anyone regardless of one’s appearance.

On 05/01/2023, at approximately 1106 hours, I was about to place an order. As I started speaking to to the the Barista a lady appeared to be the manager just walked up and very rudely just started talking with no regard for me as I was mid sentence. The nice Barista apologized for her. Then as I walked out the manager was right in front of me with my hands full and just let the door go. SMH… just a basic KAREN.

Excellent service, line moved very fast. Was anticipating a longer wait due to the length but it was processed through quite efficiently, with just enough time to read the two beautiful, artful boards listing the secret fall menu and the barista bundle picks. Since I had time to read the secret menu I actually ended up choosing off that instead of ordering my usual go to ice mocha. Super happy they had that out and I tried something new, I strongly recommend the sweet and salty mocha, iced.

First day hot instead of cold. 2nd day asked for white mocha got regular mocha. My friend ordered a bagel and had to ask for cream cheese got butter. Other than that good but paying as much as I do please pay attention to the orders, it ain’t cheap.

They didn’t put any strawberries in my Pink Drink at all, didn’t warn me that they were out of strawberries (so they probably weren’t out, they just didn’t add them), and it was watered down. Sad when Starbucks inside a Target makes better drinks than an actual full service Starbucks location. I previously had a 5 star experience at this lcoation, so I hope service gets better. I do update reviews.
