Worst service of any Starbucks I’ve experianced in my 15 years of being a gold member.
First experiance and firdt time at this location: refusing to put more milk in my drink and attempting to charge me. Stopped going to this location.
2nd: my daughter went to tutor and staff wouldn’t give her the code to the bathroom. Seriously your going to let a teen suffer bladder damage just because “its only for cudtomers.” We both are card holders and purchase drinks atleast 5 times per week, we never use the bathroom and they couldn’t open it this once, really? Horrible, unprofessional and rude staff.

App says they’re accepting in store pickup yet when you arrive they’re locked and telling you drive thru only. No option for returns either. They just denied a cop coffee as well.

As I am a former Starbucks employee and on vacation. I was extremely shocked at the service at this location in Hollister CA. I clearly made my order which came to $8.50. She gave me 1.25 back. It’s simple math, yet no attention to detail which is extremely important when having a cash handling job! I didn’t receive my complete order and when I asked her to correct the order I received a disrespectful response as if I was an inconvenience.
I spend a few hundred dollars a month between my family of 4, coffee meetings and gift cards. I am a customer that will NOT accept this disrespect as I am a valued customer and here I am to speak my experience.

First time since I’ve been coming to this Starbucks where my coffee taste burnt and the lid of my drink smells like it was in the trash or like the person who made my drink had just handled trash. So disappointed should’ve gone back to Starbucks and made a complaint instead I went to McDonald’s to order a new coffee

I am a Starbucks faithful and I spend A LOT of money at Starbucks, this location on San Felipe needs to reevaluate its baristas. I never complain but today I am frustrated and I need to let Starbucks know. Some of the employees here are rude and not friendly, not only that but my drinks are wrong 9 out of 10 times. Today my grande drink was 98% ICE and the shot was burnt Again. This is a regular occurrence but I keep going back thinking it will be better the next time. I think it’s time to start spending my money elsewhere like the smaller chains and local cafes. Well that’s all I’m gonna say.

I do not live here in Hollister, we are here for a band competition and wanted Starbucks and use the restroom. My son wanted a Grande Vanilla Bean Frappuccino but Donna took the order incorrectly and made a caramel. When correcting her on our order she question me if I was sure what I ordered. Not tipping or going here again. Do not recommend this location.

In a nutshell, organized, fast, friendly, and decent price! Our family’s to go to items are: Ice Matcha Latte, Hot White Chocolate Mocha, Bacon Gruyere Egg Bites, Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and best of all, the impossible sandwich.
