I live in Greenfield and usually this Starbucks has good customer service. Most of the staff are friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, there is one employee who consistently ruins the experience.
This employee, Dayann (as shown on her name tag), is repeatedly rude and unprofessional. On one visit, I had to report her to the manager after she made a very hurtful and inappropriate comment. Because I asked for extra space in my cup, she said that if I couldn’t afford the drinks, I shouldn’t be there. This comment made me feel really bad, embarrassed, and judged, as if she was calling me broke or saying I didn’t have money. No customer should ever be made to feel that way.
What makes this worse is that it’s not just toward me. I have personally seen her be rude to other customers as well. She almost always has a bad attitude and an unfriendly expression, which makes the store feel unwelcoming.
Because of this, I now prefer to drive to Soledad or King City just to avoid interacting with her. It’s not fair that customers have to leave their own town to feel comfortable buying coffee.
I hope someone who truly cares about customer experience sees this review and addresses this issue. Customers deserve respect and kindness, not judgment or humiliation.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I come from King City to head to Salinas for work, so stopping here is a must! I would like to say that a barista by the name of Julian is always so sweet and kind. He’s so funny and filled with great conversations. I love when I stop by and he’s working! Also another barista she’s new but so sweet as well! I’m sorry I’ll try to ask for her name next time! They are always quick when I swing by! Great 10/10

Great location off of Highway 101. Plenty of parking and a beautiful view all around. Definitely enjoy the outdoor seating and the other amenities this little town has to offer.

THEY DO NOT SECURE THEIR LIDS. BURNED MY HANDS AND LAP DUE TO THE NEW, TALL MANAGER WITH GLASSES THAT ISN’T DOING HER JOB PROPERLY.
Check your lids over here especially if you have a tall, chubby woman with glasses and a bun. She is RUDE and lazy. I burned my hands and legs because the lid that she “secured” fell off when I went to go take my first sip.

Great spot to turn off when you’re traveling especially if you’re headed Northbound on 101. Very easy on/off the freeway. Brand new and spacious location. Three bathrooms and sinks are outside of the stalls so there’s less delays. There is a drive through, however, we parked and did take out. Service seemed very fast. There’s also a chevron gas station and a large am/pm store. A great one stop shop! Will make this a regular stop on all future road trips this route.

First I tried to order online and none of the refreshments were available. I ordered something else that looked refreshing. Anyway, I ordered at 2:15pm and they took almost one hour to give me my stuff. I ordered online thorough the drive thru and they told me my order wasn’t ready and made me come inside the store with my baby girl. I got to the store and it was packed and had to wait another half an our. It was annoying and inconvenient as they never called my name when my drinks were ready. They just placed them on the counter and I had to go look for them in the over 20 drinks they had waiting on the counter. I am not going back! I have never waited so long for a drink.
