As a barista myself the service was so bad. I asked for my drink to have no whip and the barista speaking to me said the drink was already made??? i wasn’t finished ordering and i hadn’t paid. Taking whip cream off a drink is definitely not a problem, and people have allergens half ass taking it off says a lot about how this chain run things. One of the Venti coffees was half empty no whip cream or anything. These drinks cost wayyy too much to get services like this.

I went this morning in the AM and my hot peppermint mocha was sooooo good. The girl Lorena was patient and helpful in suggesting a good holiday drink that only tastes good but would wake me up in the morning haha.Appreciated the clean restrooms and the welcoming vibez. I normally go to the one across town but went this morning in hopes of getting a bear cup. Overall good experience!

Rudy is the WORST. He is rude and he rushes you to order and then he forgets to give you your drinks. For some reason he just decided to give us our food and then closed the windows and walked away and didnt come back even though we stayed there for a little longer to see if he’d come back. NOPE. My mother had to go around and get off the car in order to get our drinks. And then! He had the AUDACITY to say that SHE forgot our drinks. Ummmm? No! You did!! This is so unacceptable. My mother suffers from back pain and cannot walk well. And this is how she is treated? This establishment is unprofessional and that boy should NOT be working there.

Very unprofessional; the cashier guy left our drinks on the counter out the window. We waited and he didn’t tell us anything until he had open the window having the thought it’s another customer order.We asked for the receipt and asked if we are good to go?He said yes. If we didn’t say anything we would have waited for who knows how long. Please improve on customer service . Thanks !

I don’t understand, in all the Starbucks I’ve been to I always ask for no lemonade and to have my glass refilled, even here and suddenly the barista tells me that it depends on the person, it’s incredible, I’m not going back to that place.

Me and my gf went at 9:00 Pm to this location starbucks and once she got to the bottom she felt something weird in her mouth and just thought it was a piece of the straw paper but once she took it out her mouth it was this cockroach… so disgusted.
