The lady in the drive thru needs to slow down, take a breath, and focus up. She got 2 drinks wrong and even up charged and loaded a 3rd of the frap with whip and completely forgot that milk goes in the drink.

This afternoon I stopped by the Starbucks on Bardsley to order a coffee and while I was waiting for my drinks I noticed I made a mistake. I ordered the wrong coffee! The barista (Karen) was nice enough to remake my order and also allowed me to try a sample of the order that I originally ordered. Scott was nice enough to offer a new drink sample of “beast mode” which was very refreshing. Overall Scott and Karen for very nice and had great customer service. I will be returning to this location VERY SOON! Thank you both.

Baristas suck at taking orders at the register with about 10 workers & maybe 2-3 people in the lobby. Then when I finally got my treat the barista straight up tossed it on the counter top after wait longer. better off ordering online or else where

Very horrible customer service as the quality of service with 3 people standing around with no one to take your order. Only 2 customers in the building on their way out and me. I don’t recommend this location. Last time their regional manager was with the manager and there were so many orders back up. Poor girl trying to get out 20 orders at once with no one to help. At least I got a welcome in halfway to the counter this time.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and never really had an issue until today! I ordered a hot matcha green tea but when I got home it was nothing but HOT WATER! I called to let them know and the girl that answered was laughing (giggling) I’m sure because they made the mistake but I didn’t think it was funny! First the cup was extra hot because they were out of sleeves which is understandable but I had to drive back and wait in the drive through again and only get a $4.00 credit when my drink was over $5.00. This was so unnecessary and I am very disappointed.

I HATE THIS PLACE AND THe wORKERS. I am so sick and tired of ordering a caramel frappe-chino and getting no caramel on it. I swear the workers are greedy as hell. Like how you gonna have a bad attitude at 8 in the morning, I’m just trying to get my drink girl. We in the same boat like ?!?! Dis chipotle or what ??? Anyways 0/10 not satisfied, in fact I was quite sad and upset after they handed my drink through the drive through.

Do they not give out brown sugar and nuts with the oatmeal!? I’ve never had to ask for it and today I mobile order an oatmeal and I was going to eat it at work and there’s no brown sugar or nuts. Disappointed to say the least.
