I always enjoy my visits to Starbucks. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and perfect whether you’re meeting friends or just having some quiet time. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really makes a difference in the overall experience.
The drinks are always fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and consistency in every order. remodel was phenomenal and stuff was so helpful and knew their job entirely the coffee’s were very good but adjustments were made no big deal they were more than willing to assist. The one downside was I saw no power outlets in the lobby which I think is ridiculous in a coffee shop.

Ordered and paid for my customized hot venti oatmilk green tea latte with 6 scoops of match and no sweetener, nor foam.
When I received my drink, the cup felt awfully light. I opened the lid in front of the barista that had prepared the drink and he didn’t ask me anything, neither if the drink was correct.
As you can see on the picture, the oz amount of the cup fills a grande cup, but is very short to fill a venti cup. In addition, there are lots of foam, even though I ordered with no foam.
I’ve been noticing these inconsistencies of drink quality happens usually on late weekends, when the store manager or sub managers are gone.

When I ordered through drive thru they politely told me to speak up countless of times but I told them for the shaken espresso no foam but to fill to the rim and there like the milk already goes to the rim but I remembered few times I received it with so much room and wanted to confirm to the rim and my experiences with my drink, my drink tasted bitter and later noticed there was a literally a coffee bean in my drink, that’s that I only ordered 1 drink. Surprisingly busy at this location, and they were out of some items when I went, but its a decently large location and they were working quick to get orders out so I didn’t have much of a wait even though the drive-thru looked like it’d take a long time (I walked inside, which was also crowded). No complaints about the chai I ordered.

Del taco gives more popping boba for cheaper. Sweetener needs to be added when ordering it’s bland or the employees don’t know how to make it.
