I just did not know that there are different Starbucks a different attitudes towards the general public and how they treat them and how to respect them. I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews especially since I’m a shift at Starbucks but this has been happening several times now. I’m a regular weekend customer, and have been noticing that my drinks come out short. And no foam doesn’t mean leave a large amount of space. I understand the need for a bit of safety spacing, but being more than an inch is crazy. I just wanted to mention it because, as a paying customer, it can be a little disappointing.

I had such a horrible morning my French bulldog passed away last night so I went to grab a coffee to get through my work morning because I was so tired and the workers saw I was crying and upset asked what was wrong and they gave me the support I needed today and the coffee I needed to help me make it through my day. I’m heartbroken at my worst Starbucks and the employees of this facility gave me the compassion I needed this morning. Gave me a kind reminder that humanity is still alive and thriving through the simple acts of kindness. Thank you truly cause god knew I needed a simple act of kindness.

EAST HEMET’s INDUSTRIAL STARBUCK’S! It’s personally not my vibe, but it’s modern. This Starbucks feels more like a Chipotle than coffee shop, it’s a bit plain and cold which is an interesting choice! I like the use of natural light via the location’s big windows, but it’s still very gloomy.

There’s a large table which is great for big groups and chatting. You’ll find a few smaller tables behind the large one which are suitable for a duo coffee meet-up.

Did I enjoy my visit? Yes, I’m an avid Starbucks patron, the drinks are always tasty. I had the Passion Tango Tea w/ Light Ice, it’s a great summer drink that’s only 5 calories! Prices are very high but I can always depend on getting a solid refresher here.

I used to be regular here, often left tips too. Recently a specific barista won’t allow the other baristas to make me a drink ive had no problem on any other shift she’s on make me. Instead of steeping my tea in milk, like no one else had issues with in the past, she insists it has to be water when I have no issues with any other barista or actually Starbucks in the local area.

Id change my rating if this was remedied, but I’ve now switched to a the farther Starbucks who has never made it an issue. Really sad to see such a simple request not be allowed.

I just wanted a water, the Gentleman said I had to purchase something. I get it, company policy and I can respect it. I said “well I’m just hear for the water what’s something cheap?” He understood the assignment, didn’t act rude at all said I’ll give you the vanilla bean scone it’s like $1.95. It’s the little things!

I havnt gone to a Starbucks in like 8 years. I Ordered 2 Caramel Venti Frappucccinos on 01/27/2026 here at around 7pm for my wife and I and Wowww! How disgusting and Watered down it tasted. Starbucks sucks! Never going again for the rest of my life.Yall get a 0.

I’ve been here a couple times, and everything had been good.
Today I ordered a latte i asked for a specific order, i wanted it to be less sweet and with Almond milk. When I got to Window they gave me my drink and the sticker didn’t say almond milk.
The girl stated it was almond milk but it wasn’t printed on the sticker.
Im severly lactose intolerant to the point that I vomit , get painful cramping
Its absolutely horrible .
Sure enough I took 3 sips of the latte it was enough for me to have a reaction.
I called to speak to the manager but the manager was not in. I usually do not do this but I feel this is concerning.
They need to be careful with things like this there are people that have allergic reactions and not caring about a special order can turn out to be dangerous. I hope management takes this matter serious and has a meeting with the baristas at this location.

Today I waited for 25 minutes for ONE SINGLE drink. At least 3 people who came in after I did was served their orders before I received my ONE grande iced latte with caramel and vanilla. I was late for work and my kid was late for school. We arrived at about 8:03 a.m. and didn’t leave until 8:28 a.m. That is unacceptable. Never again.

Store manager is very professional and respectful. I had an issue today with one of their products and he handled it with professionalism and made an exception for me. He didn’t have to but he made it right for me and that means everything to a little customer like me. I really appreciate your exception today and taking care of my product. I will continue to visit ur establishment and recommend it to anyone. I hope I didn’t rain on ur day and just wanted to thank you for bringing sunshine back in mine!
