First and foremost, the lack of customer service here and customer engagement is far beyond belief. It makes you question whether you’re at a different coffee chain bc these employees are not bothered by us the customers. You sure were able to engage with each other but the customers mean nothing to you, I’m honestly appalled and I have stopped by my mum coffee from here bc it’s almost as if you as the customer is getting in their way. Working there does not mean hang out spot . I just can’t believe the lack of professionalism and care. Speaking non sense about how they got to reserve hk cups.

I was in there today 07/05/2024 and maybe they’ve had this before and I just didn’t notice, but they had a table set up for fallen military. It really hit me in my heart to see that. I just wanted to say that I appreciate it so much. In a world where people don’t understand the sacrifice and the willingness to serve our country and how it helps everyone, not just the people who support the military, it’s very touching to see a supportive business.
Also, the staff for very professional they worked fast.And got everything right the first time. That was also very appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you owners and team of this Starbucks. They give so much respect to the military and those who have fallen. As a veteran, once I rang out and asked if they did a veteran discount, she scanned a gift card and said the cost for veterans was on them today.

This location is off the 215fwy off the Van Buren exit between In-n-Out & Chipotle with drive-thru and plenty of parking. The store is very clean, friendly and efficient staff. Today we ordered a Strawberry Acai & Mango Dragronfruit Lemonade refreshers which were very satisfying, perfect on a hot day like today. Overall I was satisfied with the service here.

My drink was delicious n.p.
I was aggravated by one of the male staff who was working today Monday 09.12 before 8am shift. Singing loudly and a voice if a old clunker car. I thought unethical. Not professional and never seeing it in any store/country for the past 30 years.
The staff needs a little fun personality and smile to their customers.
Very Stiff….its Starbucks ..have fun.

Having ordered in-store and ahead, they always delivered the expected level of customer service and quality of beverages each time. There are plenty of symbols of patriotism within the store and they even have a table reserved for fallen troops. The music is at a decent volume, and the conversation levels from the workers and the guests are reasonable for a Starbucks. I have been able to read my book and drink my coffee unbothered. Shoutout to Jazell (I hope that’s spelled right), she would take moments to advise and train some of the newer workers without skipping a beat with whatever task she was doing.
The general vibes of the store are cheery and upbeat.
