It’s Starbucks and usually I don’t give them 5 stars… like ever! But on that day, that morning the two young ladies working earned that 5 star rating! Super nice, coffee was on- spot and they had smiles for miles!!! Give them a raise Starbucks, they both deserve it!

I will never go to this starbucks again. I ordered a frozen lemonade after waiting in line for almost 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. Then I had to wait for over 15 minutes for my drink while the large group with a complicated order and 4 other people who ordered AFTER me got their drinks first. Ridiculous. After waiting 10 minutes I asked where my drink was then they started working on it.

I can’t say with honesty that Starbucks has kept its reputation intact. The employees are still fairly upbeat, the product is just lacking what it used to be. Good.
