The vibes here are awesome; very calm, and super welcoming.It was just “busy enough.” From the moment I walked in, the team felt totally in sync. Amelia led up front with strong energy, greeting every guest. You could tell she was setting the tone.
Now, the star in my visit was—Jazmin—. Super kind, with a lighthearted touch. (see YAY!) She probably doesn’t know it, but to be honest it made my day ☺️
If the team reads this…keep it up… You are why I will return.

I stopped by yesterday after a long day and just wanted a coffee. I was fortunate enough to get my order taken by Valerie the coffee master of this Starbucks! She had such a nice positive vibe to her character that made my visit even better. Also she made me an iced coffee which was also real good! Overall the environment of this Starbucks amazing highly recommend!

Awful customer service! I had to repeat myself multiple times, and instead of helping, the employees started laughing as if I was telling jokes. When I asked what was so funny, I had to repeat myself again—three times in total! Finally, they told me to pull up, only to become the laugh of the group. I really love this Starbucks location, it’s actually my favorite, and the drinks are always made extremely well. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but I wanted to share a concern.
On two separate visits, I noticed the same employee named Daliah touch the outside drive-thru window and handled cash, and then later picked up my finished drink by the lid where you sip from instead of holding it by the side of the cup.
Because of sanitation concerns, this made me not want to drink it. The first time this happened | let it go and just removed the lid thinking it was an accident, but it happened again.:/
The employee seemed very kind, and I didn’t want to sound mean or anything by saying this in the moment, which is why I’m writing this review. I truly enjoy this location and want to continue coming here, but proper hygiene especially handling drinks by the side of the cup is important. I hope this can be addressed moving forward. Other than this I think this is a great starbucks!

I just went through the drive-through at Starbucks and was extremely disappointed with my order. Both of the drinks I ordered were almost half empty! It’s as if they weren’t even topped off. I expect much better quality, especially when I’m paying a premium for these beverages. It’s frustrating to drive off only to realize you didn’t get what you paid for. Starbucks, please do better with your quality control, especially in the drive-through!

Asked to use restroom. Was asked “ do you have an order”. I stated I would place it after I used the restroom as I really needed to go. Barista looked the other way like I was crazy. I then stated I would place the order , she replied, “ I was getting the code”.very rude. I’ve never been treated that way at any Starbucks. Usually I am greeted , as I go often. Then I said “ thank you” in not the best manner, this little girl didn’t even acknowledge me. Sad they treat people that way.

Genuinely some of the kindest employees I have ever met, I’ve never had a problem here at this Starbucks, and every single time I’ve always been kindly greeted and helped quickly. Love the place, fantastic work!

One word. SLOW. Maybe it’s a new location with new workers, but the lines don’t move, and it’s been open for a while now. They have you wait at the order window for about 7-10 minutes just to order, and then when you pull up to the actual window you wait another 7-10 to pay bc there still trying to make the drinks. I always go to Starbucks and the lines move quite fast even though the lines are long. NOT THIS ONE. The workers are just extremely slow. Not good for a coffee shop.
On another note, they’re always talking to each other and from the window, it just looks like they’re….slow. If you have time, come here, but just know your going to wait unless they’re isn’t a line.

Be careful when ordering, they have a habit of over flowing the coffee cups in the morning. This is the 3rd/4th time my coffee has spilled all over my car because the top of the cup is wilted
