Don’t go here they are not good I have my favorite Starbucks this is obviously not it but I was on this side of town so I came here ask for my refusal drink and apparently it was an issue to make never had an issue they didn’t want to give me the amount of crème and cold foam I wanted to sweeten my expresso I was confused because I get this drink all the time and it was such an issue I had two people talking to me through the speaker and the guy had attitude from the very beginning and when I got my drinks they were so bitter and disgusting I don’t want them to sweet but they were nasty I couldn’t even drink it 30$ for bad service and drinks. Went to try and order coffee thru the drive thru at 1040pm in last night because it says they don’t close til eleven and there were girls in there that refused to acknowledge I was there so I decided to go in and they locked the doors so I couldn’t go in an order. They obviously closed early and didn’t want to have to make a few coffees for me before going to work. Would’ve tipped good too. I just think it was rude. I worked in the restaurant industry and trust me I know it sucks when someone walks in a minute before you close but it’s also your job and you do it anyway. I just felt this was rude and unprofessional..especially for those girls to just ignore I was there and not say anything at all. If your hours are til eleven then you need to either acknowledge someone is waiting before you close and tell them you closed early or take their order..I just don’t like how the situation was handled. It was unprofessional..

Needed decaf ground coffee, this store will only sell fresh ground coffee in full bags. This was very disappointing. previously from a Starbucks less than a half a mile away I was able to purchase decaffeinated coffee in 1/3 of a pound. Additionally the store does not cell K-Cups. Very little was done to help with finding a solution to my issue. I did order a decaf Americana and received it timley.

I always order the 3 same drinks Hot Grande Caramel macchiato upside down, Hot grande matcha latte or iced venti matcha latte with vanilla sweet cold foam. Good service friendly staff. Happy to see the same workers every Friday morning. Thank you for always getting my order right.

This is a fairly new Starbucks so the crowds have not started yet. It’s super clean and the worker’s are very friendly. Definitely a big plus when your coffee ☕ is made just the way you like it!! Drive thru was quick and if you order inside it’s even quicker! Way to go STARBUCKS…

Was running errands and stopped twice today, first time around 1pm the drink was great, paid and left. Stopped by a second time before I drove home to Phelan around 4 and ordered the same drink and it was wrong. Asked to get it remade and was done incorrectly the SECOND time. Just gave up and left. SMH. Don’t know how a cold brew with almond milk can be made wrong twice. It was basically almond milk with a splash of cold brew. The drink was pretty much white/cream color. Those who order cold brews know they are dark if not black. Checked the ticket for the first cup earlier in the day when I stopped by and it was the exact same order and done correctly. Unsure where the disconnect was.
