Went there today to pick up a box of coffee and two other drinks. There were three drinks cups with the box of coffee so I asked if one was the cream for the box of coffee, the worker was not very pleasant and replied yes it was. I asked if she could add some vanilla flavor to the cream and she begrudgingly did. I noticed the cup was hot and looked inside to see it was not cream but a cup of coffee. I told the worker and she stated “my bad, that’s someone else’s drink and placed it back in the pick up tray. I was amazed and told her “you just added flavoring to someone drink” and she replied it was fine. I was really caught off guard by her demeanor and disregard for someone order. I will likely avoid this location in the future.

We went this morning and the workers that helped us were absolutely amazing. When they were out of what I normally get they suggested a substitute that turned out amazing and is now my new favorite drink. My husband also asked the barista to make him her favorite drink and it was amazing as well. Highly recommend this location for the amazing and personable a staff.
