My wife and I stopped in on October 25 near closing. One of the employees, a young male, opened the door for us, and I asked if they were open since it was late and most places were closed. He assured us they were and let us in. The pastries had been put away, but he still offered us some, which was awesome since we needed something sweet to perk us up.
He took our order, gave us our pastries and our drinks, and got us back on our two-hour drive home. He was extremely friendly and professional. I don’t typically do reviews, but the service that compelled me to write this. I hope this young man gets the recognition he well deserves.

Made the mistake of start in my order with a water. Before I could even finish my sentence, the woman “helping” me interrupted me to tell me they don’t give out water. Skipped to my second item, a very simple latte. Then she said she could actually give me water since I was making a purchase. I understand but at least let your customer finish speaking before assuming they only want free water.

Very nice night for a Frappuccino. A friend and I decided to end the night with a relaxing cup of coffee. I meantion the new Starbucks on 2nd and since neither one of us has ever been there, we went. The service was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better crew. Though we might have been a little needy, they were hapoy to accommodate us. Love love love ! Thank youfor the great coffee and because of it, I thank you for the great conversation that followed. Kudos to you!

Service in the drive thru was nice. Just look both ways when exiting someone in front of me almost got t-boned. Got my Elphaba’s cold brew and Glinda’s Pink Potion drinks before I watched Wicked. So good!

Went on a Thursday at 10:30 a.m. was greeted with rolled eyes and two employees walking away. Nasreen, she treated my daughter and I like humans, while I stood there and watched the workflow of the store. I saw the manager tiptoe around her employees like she didn’t want to upset them. One young lady was giving attitude to a drive-up customer and a young man was making drinks for the customers who walked in after us. Horrible experience.

Good morning, I went to Starbucks this morning, and I’d like to say, that’s not just this Starbucks. It’s also the one on winter gardens, and it’s also the 1 up by super Walmart and on lake Jennings, I go to all 3 praying that they get my order right. I went to this particular one this morning as for large mocha Frappuccino. 2 added shots and no whipped cream. That’s my drink when the lady brought it to the window. A tall colored girl, pretty girl. It hit a whipped cream on it. The kid caught it and he took it back and he I took the whipped cream off it and I appreciate that he caught it when they gave me my drink. He also gave me a second drink and said that they made too much. It gave me the second drink as well. Which is appreciated? It’s good customer service. Could I notice on the top? It was covered in Carmel. I didn’t order Carmel in the sticker on the sides at Carmel, now because she didn’t put the whipped cream. On it, which was clearly on the sticker on the side. I question if I got my 2 shots in there, because obviously she didn’t read the sticker on the side, and I hate to sound like I’m being petty, but this is a $10 drink by the time I give them a tip which is always before you get your drink. They’re screwing up my drinks. You know, I just wish they would read the label on the cup before they made the drink and when they make the drink, don’t feel the blender. Full of stuff to make 2 drinks cause. Then obviously I’m not getting my 2 shots.

I was riding my bike and it was time to take my medication so i saw starbucks and stopped and went in and asked for a cup of water so i could take my medication i get told no i cant have a cup of icewater unless i buy something. Im a type 2 diabetic with extremely high blood sugar if I dont take my medication when im supposed it could be bad for me. Im already riding my bike at 12noon in elcajon so its pretty freaking hot than to get denied water for my medication at Starbucks im going to dutch brothers

Nothing more obnoxious than a coffee place that acts like coffee is the only purpose of a coffee shop. I can (quite easily) make better coffee at home. Having not even a single place to sit is a crime against society.
