Here I was in sitting at Starbuck’s drive-thru On Nov.13.2025 between 8:30-9:30am. I make my usual order of Venti Ice Chai of 6$ and a pup-cup only for them not to have the chai syrup. So I am stuck in the drive-thru with no way out. I asked if I could still get a pup-cup. “no, we don’t give out pup cups without a purchase.” And I said, “Well, I would have made a purchase but you are out of stock of the thing I wanted, and now I am stuck in line.” “Oh, I’m sorry.” She said through the speakers. Then I asked, “Can I have a cup of water then?” “Sorry, we don’t give out water without a purchase.” So by the time I got to the window, I see a blonde boy with blue eyes with a bit of freckling and three girls, two of which were wearing headsets. One blonde, one red, and one brown. I asked again. “Can I at least have a cup of water since I was stuck in the drive-thru. I don’t think I’m asking a whole lot.”
It was the boy who answered, “Sorry, but we don’t give water without a purchase.”

I come at least four times a week, paying full price, and they can’t compensate me for the time I was stuck waiting in the drive-thru.

Holiday/Hello Kitty cups dropped this morning. We were in line along with many others outside the store at 3:30 or earlier. When the store opened at 4AM they allowed drive through vehicles only. They did not open the store for those of us waiting outside. They also allowed multiple cups to be purchased per person. Their stock of holiday and hello kitty cups were gone within minutes and none of us who had been waiting outside even got an opportunity to get them.

The female barista/cashier taking drive thru orders is rude as hell. She was talking to me like a child after not knowing that mocha cookie crumble & double chocolate chip Frappuccino are the same (which they’re not, if they were why aren’t they just listed under one name instead of 2?). Lied and said they’re both cream based when I only wanted the mocha cookie crumble cream based & not the double chocolate chip Frappuccino. Was stingy as hell with putting the chocolate syrup on top of my whip cream for the double chocolate chip Frappuccino, it was like one stripe and that’s it. She had a bad attitude & a rude tone. Overall this one sucks & the one down the street is better in all aspects. Don’t go here, rude customer service, stingy as hell & bad attitudes.

Couple weeks ago I went inside with my partner we got simple drinks I got the new banana match latte and the match was not blended at all chucks were everywhere where I sipped honestly made me so mad that weeks probably months later I’m still mad and I never get star bucks from there again

Your female cashier/barista with the glasses is extremely rude. Was rushing me the entire time taking my order, talking over me each time repeatedly asking if that was all I wanted. Once I paid she immediately moved onto the next customer while I was still putting my items into my wallet and purse. ( I have a broken hand so I was struggling a bit to do so) (1:15 pm inside 11/14/2025)

Super convenient spot and the staff here have always been super quick with orders no matter how busy it gets. This is another location with high traffic and can get busy but the staff always come through. This Starbucks is not located inside the Target and is on the outside as you come into the outlet.

Genuinely the worst location I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s a disappointment, the drinks are so poorly made with zero effort at all. How do you screw up a frappe that takes zero skill to even make. Miraculously they’ve found a way to even mess that up too.

I went through the drive thru 10/19 at around 8:30 PM- i ordered two frappuccinos and i had asked for extra caramel drizzle. When i get to the window, I receive one of my drinks and I told her the caramel was missing and she replies – “ we put it on the top you have to ask for it around the cup “ and when I receive my second drink the caramel is around the cup and I didn’t ask for it like that? So she contradicted herself. I believe her name was Julissa. I was upset, but I still said thank you, in which I got no response. On top of all the attitude, I go home to find a long black hair in my drink. It was truly disgusting.

Wish I could give it more stars since it’s my neighborhood cafe. This place notoriously gets the order WRONG. I tried going on different days, giving em chances. My order is wrong 80%+ of the time. It’s upsetting and these experiences span from late summer thru today

Its crazy how i have to write a review about caramel !!
I always ask for a lot of extra caramel when i get my drink, for some reason, I barely get anything, and when I ask for more it’s always an argument with the person giving me the drink, or attitude.
I remember when there was a shortage on caramel, I would order something else, i get it, but that’s not the case.
I’m paying almost $7 for a drink, it should be how I like it, which is, exxxxtra caramel. Majority of the flavor is the caramel…. usually you can see streaks of caramel, or a line of caramel at the very bottom and you see nothing at all.
I go to other locations and there is never an arguement or attitude. Or they do it right the first time. Why is this one different?
I’m not coming here again. I shouldn’t feel bad about asking for what I ordered.
