Best costumer service I am a starbucks fan and I had never experienced the great customer service skills that they gave me and my daughter since the time we walked in they welcome us with a greeting and smile on their faces.

Came here on a Tuesday morning after dropping off kids at first day of school. Drive-thru line was too long so I went in the cafe. It wasn’t too busy inside. Parking was tight but I was able to secure a spot right in front. I was greeted upon entering. There was a partner with an iPad directing and ensuring everything was running smoothly. I ordered an iced tea and a bagel. My drink came out pretty quickly. I did have to wait additional time for my food. My bagel wasn’t toasted properly..to my liking and I received a spoon instead of a knife (see attached pic). All in all, it was an okay experience. It’s close by where I live so that’s a plus but it is on a busy road so be prepared for that.

I have been coming to Starbucks faithfully for the past 10years or so and it just seems that the past few months the service has went down hill drastically. The workers are usually great, but they have gotten super rude and short with me. Not all Starbucks are this way, (Starbucks in vons at Wilshire and western in Hollywood, the circle in long Beach and the lakewood and willow location also in long beach) have turned me sour towards my 2-3trips daily get away for a coffee break, a complete crap shoot where I don’t want to stop and take a chance on being treated with utter disrespect. Paying for crappy service is not where it is at, at all! I know this is not a isolated case either as I see the way other customers are also treated.

This location has consistently great service. The team is friendly, fast, and professional, even during busy hours. Whether I’m stopping in for a quick pick-me-up between meetings or taking a moment to regroup, it’s always clean and well-run. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work. Solid spot in the neighborhood. Reliable, welcoming, and efficient.

I dropped in to get some stuff done online while I enjoyed some coffee. Unfortunately, the WiFi is very slow here compared to other Starbucks and coffee shops in the local area. I didn’t think it would be too bad since only a couple of other people were on laptops, but it was so slow that I did a speed test and posted a picture of the results.

Swung through the drive thru on my drive back to San Diego. I hadn’t even thought about the fact that it was so close to closing time. Still, the barista at the window was very kind. I wish I had caught her name (it was about 7:50 pm on 8/31/25). My drink and food were great and I enjoyed my caffeinated drive back to SD.

I get to meet clients at these establishments, the smells are delicious, the staff is super friendly. Today I eas early to my appt so I could enjoy my shaken expresso iced coffee. It’s my spluge! Clients and I get to sit, sign, with no problems. Love the long table, it was perfect for the 4 of us to sign 200+ pages.

This location is next to one of the most busiest intersections in the city also a major freeway as well one mile from the airport buf still they close at 0800pm. Which makes no since from a business perspective. From 0800pm to 1000pm would the best time to make money. All the other starbuck around are very busy at those times.
