Very nice staff, the baristas are pros. Spacious location, glass surrounding the store, so it gives good lighting to the place. The restroom (which is how I use as an important evaluation point for any coffee shop) is also spacious and fairly clean as you can see in the pictures.

I’ve been a customer here for over 5 years so I have my fare share of loyalty to this specific location. I’ve always loved studying here and talking with the staffs. But today I just went in and picked up my mobile order, and I asked for light ice, but ice filled up half way of the venti cup, so I asked to take out some ice. So the barista did it, but he looked super pissed and annoyed (it was a younger guy with blonde hair, Sunday afternoon shift). I get it, serivce industry is tough, but it’s the fact that he threw out half of my drink and didn’t even bother to put some dragon fruit stuff back in, instead just filled it with coconut milk. you can see in this final picture that, it is clearly washed out from the usual milky lavender color of the dragon fruit drink…. Hopefully this review is being looked at, and let’s do better next time rather than giving a cold shoulder to a genuine favor.

Still terrible service. Male Employee is very busy for his chattings, and then he keeps me waiting. I visited there since 6 months. Their service is Awful. The Atmosphere is so Good. However, terrible service is the same as before.

I really don’t like to put a tea bag stub in hot tea because of glue and some chemicals, so I asked him not to put in a stub. After that, I couldn’t Believe and was Shocked and Surprised.

He started to excuse. Will anybody be Happy driking Tea with CHEMICALS?

You, the Starbucks should think about the Customers’ Impression and Feelings.

Another branch didn’t do that. So TERRIBLE his Service and Attitude ❗❗

So far, I really like this shop, however, the Three of employees’ ATTITUDE was TERRIBLE and VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE❗❗

There are Several Flies in the Shop.

I’ve been visiting this location since they opened in 2019 and its my absolute favorite location. I have had nothing but great interactions with staff. Today was rough and needed Starbies. I was in the drive thru at about 2pm and Alex was helping me. He made my day. His kindness turned my day around and honestly, helped me stop crying. Thank you Alex.

Everyone here is amazing. I will go out of my way to come to this location and today’s visit is the main reason. The staff care about their guests. Thank you Alex.

I’m a frequent patron for a reason. The staff.
If I could copy/past the staff at every Starbucks, I would.

The last few weeks have been a bit rough and I went for my usual Starbies run in the evening. It was an ok day. I ordered, quick chat with my fave barista Alex and was on my way. Walk into the market with my drink and notice a message on my cup. I was caught off guard in a very good way. Thank you Alex. I swear. The staff here know when I need the extra boost in confidence and wham…I got it when I really needed.

I don’t usually visit Starbucks often, but I went this time with my mom to spend some quality time together. My mom really enjoys this location, so we were happy to stop by. However, today I had a bit of a disappointing experience.

I placed my order through the app and, when picking up my drink, I asked if I could have some water. The staff member informed me that their policy requires customers to order water at the register, which I hadn’t realized. Since I ordered through the app, I didn’t have an opportunity to mention it at the counter, so I thought it would be fine to ask while picking up my drink. I immediately apologized, explaining that I wasn’t aware of the policy, and I also thanked her when she handed me my drink.

However, the staff member remained unresponsive and had a cold demeanor throughout the interaction, which left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. I’ve always had a positive impression of this location because the staff are usually friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming, so this experience stood out even more in contrast.

I hope that in the future, these types of policies can be communicated more smoothly and that customer requests, even if they don’t align with the store’s procedures, can be handled with a bit more kindness. This store has always been a lovely place to visit, and with small improvements like this, it could continue to be an even more welcoming space.

This place is full of flies!!! Don’t come here, there are like 10 others near by…also, order came wrong too. Lastly, it seems they don’t like to take out the trash. Visit at 6pm August 06, 2022.

I’ve been coming here for months ordering the same thing and today Blake informed me how to save a little by changing up my order a little bit. Wow, just this little savings will add up for the year. I called in and talked with someone named mark and explained to him that my coffee had spoiled milk in there and that last time this happened I got so sick I had to call out of work and all he told me was that the milk is not spoiled and it’s fine to drink

I can’t believe what I seen today as a worker placed their dirty shoe on the counter top while “cleaning” they were using a rag so dirty it was black. They continued to wipe the counter top where they placed their dirty shoe and then wiped everything else basically spreading the dirt
