When pulling into the drive-thru the male employee that took my order was a bit un-enthusiastic, but I tried to think positive- maybe he’s just not feeling well and wants to go home. I did get a good drink, but I hope there will be a change of energy next time.

A wonderful branch of the big coffee Queen. The manager and all of the employees were on the job perfectly, moving quick and efficiently. I ordered my usual, a Breve Latte, which was excellent and nicely foamy. This little shop has been hotly awaited and I’m going to be a regular.

Unless you ABSOLUTELY need your coffee from Starbucks, I would NOT RECOMMED this location.
The drink was made horribly and incorrectly, aside from the fact that some ingredients were also not available. The frappe was watered down where it’s basically just badly-made iced coffee, all with a literal 22-minute wait from the DRIVE-THRU WINDOW there wasn’t even many people ahead of us, literally just 2 other cars. The front wasn’t busy either so no clue why it was taking that long. The sandwiches we ordered were also overdone

I got a double berry iced matcha venti drink this morning. They fill the big ice to the top, by the time I drank my four sips it was over. I got a third of liquid in the cup if that. I went and complained and the ‘manager’ explained that he made it right, that there are different scoops of ice for each size cup. I told him I got a grande the other day, same drink, and got more sips than the venti. He then offered to remake the drink and I declined. I told him I wouldn’t be back, ever. And I won’t.

That past 4 times I’ve had a mobile order and picked it up the drinks were not made correctly. Different barista everytime I’ve came at the window, each one wasn’t friendly. I came to pick up a order today and it definitely was not made correctly. I’ve given this starbucks so many chances and I’m honestly just over it at this point. My creme Frappuccino was basically just matcha powder. Definitely disappointed.

First off they had no food, not a big deal I understand they probably sold out rather quickly. But my drink was terrible. Ordered extra pumpkin cream cold foam with my pumpkin cream cold brew, and got NO cold foam. Asked for cocoa powder, either they put a sprinkle in or didn’t put any at all. Pretty disappointed.

On our way down to Albuquerque, we stopped by Las Vegas. NEW MEXICO Starbucks. We were greeted by the Baristas. Most were friendly and helpful. Our venti Americanos had to be remade, which that Barista wasn’t too thrilled to have to remake it. her attitude wasn’t the best. The sausage, cheese egg breakfast sandwich was hot and tasty. Overall experience was a 3 out of 5.

– The drinks are NEVER consistently made properly. If you’re gonna charge $10, make the cup of espresso correctly.
– They like to park you if they made your order incorrectly. Am I at McDonalds? Must be, I’m getting the attitude. Actually, scratch that, that’s insulting to McDonalds.
– Had a little immature girl roll her eyes at me when I politely pointed out THEIR mistake. I’m sorry? Roll your eyes at your coworker. At the very least turn around when you do the dirty look. I’ve worked customer service too, rookie.
– One day the manager or “lead employee” is happy, the next day they are just rude for NO REASON. Pop a pill or quit, don’t take it out on me.
The one redeeming factor? You can at least document everything and contact their customer service. The small town attitude doesn’t save a billionaire corporate entity in this case. Regardless, go to the local place Cafecito. They don’t get free college or Spotify like the miserable peeps at Starbucks but the attitude and environment is a million times better.
