We stopped in to see if they had the Starbucks mugs since the other Starbucks down the street were out. The staff were all very friendly and patient with us. The environment was very friendly. Large area for people to sit and do work or just relax. They were practicing making different drinks and my two kiddos were able to try them. I highly recommend this Starbucks!

If I could do zero for this location I would… I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, drive through and dine in and there is a barista there that just has a bad attitude. She made my drink wrong and I asked nicely for the one I ordered and she didn’t say anything to me for a good 10 seconds and then asked me what was wrong with it in an evil way, when I told her she just grabbed it out of my hands and didn’t say anything and when I received the right drink she kinda just threw it in the counter and walked away… um okay. And then today around 4, I walked in trying to order a water with a couple pumps of raspberry. I said I would pay for it and she completely denied me. Not in a “ohh we can’t do that I’m sorry” but very rude. I asked if she could charge me for a custom ice tea or similar base beverage to account for the labor and ingredients used but she was so rude I just walked out and didn’t order anything. Her name starts with a S or something like that she’s got brown hair also. Maybe she was having a bad day both times I’ve seen her but have some respect for your paying customers.

I normally don’t go to Starbucks but I really needed a coffee. I didn’t know what to order, there were so many options. Tracy took her time with me , and helped me decide. She was so sweet and patient with me. Tracy made my visit to Starbucks a great experience. I will certainly be going back a couple times a week now . Starbucks needs more wonderful employees like Tracy.

For me, it’s the Iced brown sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso. The best fast food drink. I even ask for extra caramel drizzle and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.
One time I asked for caramel drizzle and they gave me three. I said, “Wow, three for free!” and the nice friendly Starbucks worker laughed and said, “I’m going to call you 3-for-free!”.
Now the staff greets me with “hey it’s 3-for-free!” and ALWAYS give me three pumps of caramel drizzle. It’s such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local Starbucks cafe, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I’m in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

Starbucks you need to do better I shouldn’t have to repeat myself a million times in the drive thru and you still screw up. It was a simple order something that is listed on the menu and you even screwed up the size.

I asked if they could split a drink since they dont have kid sized frappuccinos. They said they couldn’t do that. So I drove next door to Dutch Bros, where they did it no problem. While dutch Bros line was longer than starbucks (no line). I would rather wait due to the principle and great customer service
