I absolutely love coming here because the service is always 10/10!! My only small suggestion would be regarding drink consistency! I usually order the same thing but i’ve noticed it is never the same, either not mixed enough, no ice, not the right consistency of cold foam, or the taste is off.. I’d be happy to wait a little longer if it meant the team had extra time to perfect the recipe and not feel rushed!

Stopped for my beverage, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel valued as a customer. Especially the manager, Hope, who was on register when I came. She was super friendly and got to know me as a customer. It just really made me feel good. Overall, really good service and super fast and efficient.

This place used to be pretty good when it first opened, but lately, the quality has really gone downhill. This past week alone, I’ve spent so much money on coffee that ended up in the trash. One drink didn’t even taste like it had coffee in it, just milk and syrup. The next was supposed to have extra coffee, but the bottom was coated in caramel and it was way too sweet to drink.
There seems to be new staff every week, and I think the inconsistency in drinks comes from that. I didn’t bother calling to complain, not sure what it would do. It’s disappointing because it’s so close to both my home and work. If you just need a quick coffee fix, it’s fine—but not somewhere to get your daily usual.

i’m posting this again because somehow it got removed, i came in here about a week or two ago and i felt vey targeted and this big women named Hope. She was just vey rude and making me feel uncomfortable and rolled he eyes when she gave me my order. I don’t think they should hire people like that especially at a customer service establishment.

They literally mess up my order every time I go there. Some bigger blonde chick with glasses. I had to go and re order a drink because they made a chai latte iced by default and laughed when I asked them to make it hot. Super unprofessional. They need to hire better people with better customer service. Hasn’t even been opened that long and they are all ready 3 star rating and it makes sense as to why.
