I visit this Starbucks quite a few times a day. And I have always been greeted with smiling faces, and no issues. Tonight is a different story. I came in the drive through about 7:20 PM. And they messed up on my coffee.It wasn’t a vinti, so they poured the grande into a venti.Cup added some pumps of vanilla and whipped cream and called it good.I then said that they threw the ratio off and she got an attitude with me because I needed her to remake it.I don’t think that I will be visiting if haley is working.Anymore..

Today I went by and met the most wonderful barista Alysha helped me, I was having a rough day and she turned it all around with her personality and kindness. Customer service is so important to me and it’s hard to find anymore, thank you for being wonderful.

I only go to this Starbucks. They are the cleanest store and it has the best atmosphere, all open and bright. The staff are awesome – Monique, Sarah, Andrea, Rachel, Alysha, Grace and all that I’m forgetting are all amazing!

Such a beautiful and bright store! Baristas are friendly and you’re greeted right when you walk in the door. Baristas make an effort to connect with the customers. Beverages are consistent and tasty! I love the positive atmosphere this store has!

I’m not a huge fan normally, but I just have to say that the staff at this location is incredible! Always so helpful and friendly and I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes even with several cars ahead of me in the drive through!

Couldn’t decide what i wanted when I came in. The baristas here are fantastic. Jessica helped me piece together the perfect drink. She also helped me get the best deal possible using my points. The Barista who made the drink was also amazing. (I believe she may have been the manager.) She whipped it together and even added her own thoughts to turn it into an experience instead of just another boring drink. Best starbucks location in CDA!

Batista was nice. But I asked for light ice on my Venti refresher. 5.99 plus 2.00 tip for
2.5 sips each (I share with my son) doesn’t work for me. Got drink in drive thru and found 80% ice, which would be great if I was filling a cooler but not for my drink.
