I love starbucks and go to them all over, McCall was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a paradise drink with no ice. They only filled my drink 1/2 way. I asked them to fill it to the top and they rolled thier eyes and said they would charge me extra for no ice…are you kidding 6.50 for a drink isn’t enough? Then she said your lucky its me and not my coworker or she would be yelling at you right now. My 2 friends with me were also treated just as poorly. It’s to bad that others may think this is normal for starbucks.

One of the slowest Starbucks has I’ve ever been to. And now… I just walked in the store at 3:20 PM on a Wednesday, and they have signs up saying the Starbucks is close. There are women in there working, but they have a chair in the walkway with a close sign. Even though the hours say they’re open until 7 PM tonight. That’s probably OK… I didn’t have 45 minutes to wait for one coffee anyway.

We took a nice long and (cold) walk to treat ourselves to one of the advertised holiday beverages to find out we were 30 minutes to late. Apparently they now close at 2:00 in the afternoon. Updating store hours online would be a simple courtesy and appreciated.

Starbucks quality has decreased as their prices increase. I ordered a vanilla cold brew and it was so bitter – not the usual for cold brew. The Starbucks in McCall was busy with one person staffed on a Friday morning. If you’re a resident or visitor in McCall I would recommend you try one of the local non-chain coffee places.

This Starbucks has a nice view of the lake……but the service was so so so so bad. That I dont care if they have a view or not. Worst customer service I have ever had. It took 2 baristas 35 minutes to make three drinks. We were the only ones there!!!!! My drink barely buzzed me and it had 4 shots in each. The barista forgot the Carmel crunch and gave us our drinks smothered in Carmel down the sides. So now We have sticky sticky hands. We paid 33 dollars for three drinks and received the worst customer service that we have ever received at any coffee shop. I will stick with local places from now on while in McCall……I refuse to feed the corporate pig. Especially if this is what we get. Lousy overpriced drinks and terrible customer service. Just because it’s McCall….doesn’t make it good. I recommend you go elsewhere.

If you order coffee that’s advertised as being available only as a pour-over, and they don’t think you’re paying attention, they’ll just pour whatever is available as a drip option. When I questioned this technique, the barista kindly explained that what I ordered was not available as a drip coffee today and apparently thought I was incapable of reading the sign behind her. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.
