I can see it’s a training location. Often get drinks wrong, serve drinks lukewarm instead of hot due to not steaming the milk. The employees get flustered easily as they adjust to having their first job it seems. Well we do need a place that allows people to learn though. We were all there at one point. The place is always really well stocked and clean so I do think the employees care and are doing their best.

The staff here is incredible. Despite being very busy most times I visit (DoorDash driver), they somehow manage to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I picked up an order on Christmas day when they seemed understaffed, and it was obvious they were working as diligently and quickly as possible. Personally, I would have been stressed out and making so many mistakes, but they manage to work their magic as they ‘dance’ behind the bar. I hope they don’t burn out because they are amazing!

I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a banana bread. When I was handed the bread it had been heated up, personally I don’t like that so I asked if I could get it at room temperature instead. (I was never asked if I wanted it warmed up) the barista at the window then let out a huge sigh and took it back. She returned just a second later and handed the new one to me, abruptly said “have a good day” and before I could respond she snarkily said “thanks” as if in annoyance that I didn’t say “you too” immediately. This was all after I tipped too… disappointed in her customer service to say the least.

If this is a training location that is fine but there needs to be someone checking drinks. The inconsistency of this location makes me not want to return. I get OK service sometimes, a little better than OK others, but most of the time it is below par. Drinks aren’t made correctly or I’m getting handed somebody else’s drink and have to return or they are not listening to the particular order and are just trying to be fast. Such a bummer!

Ordered 2 hot pumpkin spice lattes. They took about five minutes to make and one cup was only 75% full. We called them and they said they would remake them for free, but when we got home it was the same problem. One full, one 75% full. I asked for a little extra pumpkin flavor but they also tasted earthy. Very strange.

I’ve never had to wait 40 mins for a drink in my life. I ordered a coffee for myself and a refresher for my son. They always do the coffee and ignore all the refresher stickers. They always never get the drink right. Very disappointed.

Literally THE WORST service. They keep hiring people that don’t know how to keep up with when it’s busy (or even not busy). Today I ordered two drinks at 7:12AM. Got there & waited inside. Was pretty obvious that I was waiting for a drink. More people come in & order at the front. The staff member asks everyone but me what their drink was. She continued to do so for about 15 minutes. My drinks were supposed to be done at 7:27. Originally when I ordered, it said it would be ready in 5-8 minutes. How is it possible it takes this long to make a cold brew that comes of a machine?! The girl didn’t even ask me until about 7:30 what I ordered. So ridiculous! Starbucks, if you can’t handle mobile order, maybe you need to get rid of it.

I wish I’d gotten the name of the barista working the window yesterday!! When she found out I was having a hard day she wrote me the sweetest note on my cup. I’m not crying, YOU’RE crying! Oh and the coffee was great too.
