Nice Starbucks location in Grand Junction! Very friendly staff. Love that you can add whey/protein powder to your drink (hot and cold). Gives you up to 15 grams extra protein intake. They also offer Starbucks merchandise, toilets, WiFi and free parking.

I am a huge Starbucks drinker and I drink everyday, and I usually get the same drink. I have been to north Ave couple of times and every time I go there they always make my drink bad so I had to come here and tell today. I got hot chai tea latte. I saw them adding water to my drink and it taste really gross. I got two of the venti drink and both of them tasted very bad. Every Starbucks I have been to has been good except this one. It’s very sad.

The order taker in drive through was short toned, felt like we were imposing on their day by ordering. We got our drinks, we’re extremely disappointed. I ordered the dragon fruit refresher, and got a 5$ water with a slight hint of dragon fruit. My husband got a Carmel machiato without the Carmel. I get this matcha all the time from this location and it’s always a hit or miss if your barista cares enough to make it properly. Definitely a turn off to look at your drink and still see the powder caked onto the cup:/

Hands down this is my favorite Starbucks of all time. I have not seen a busier Starbucks and the staff absolutely executes orders flawlessly. Not only that but the staff greets me with a warm welcome every morning and I really appreciate it. I typically use the mobile order and sometimes I get a positive message on my cup. The staff there truly brightens my day by doing the simplest things. There are over 30 employees there and I do not want to miss any names so I thank you all!

I really wanted to like this location but I’m literally just irritated at this point. I ordered a pretty simple order and for some reason it can never just be right . Today was my final straw!! I asked my usual iced duppio Expresso , two pumps white mocha , splash of oat milk and vanilla cold foam in a grande cup . I get a tall cup back a ton of milk and the weirdest lid. I ended up throwing the drink cause I’m fed up. It’s looks like the hole to drink out of was cut in some weird way . It completely turned me off .. I feel like the baristas need to be on the same page of how to make drinks it’s a hit or miss everytime I order this drink at this location. I’m concerned about that lid more so as of today. But maybe recommend to get all baristas on the same page .

The bathrooms are disgusting. I’m a dasher that made a complaint yesterday about them being disgusting and they still haven’t been cleaned today. I don’t know how customers don’t complain!!! The worst part is you have to ask for a code to even get in them. Evidently the cleaners forgot the code.

I got a Vanilla Sweet cream cold brew for the first time in a while. It was wonderful. I never have an issue with my beverages at this location. The service was amazing. She was so delightful and she complimented my makeup which made my day.
