I picked up a protein pack so I’d have a healthy snack on my flight. Huge hair in my food. It was really visible before even opening it! Disgusting! How could they have missed this? How did it get there in the first place? I won’t be going to this Starbucks again. What happens that we don’t see?

I ordered a drink from here today and ask it for it to the sweetest and strongest possible I got something that was neither. I had a large venti oat milk with 4 pumps brown sugar syrup 4 mocha and it was supposed to have cinnamon dolce as well with a extra shot of espresso. Then while taking my order the drive thru cashier came over to the lady taking my order and told her she had no money in the drawer and pulled her from handling the front counter which really wasn’t an issue but the drink was definitely not to my liking or what I asked for.

Clean, expansive interior perfect for a quick sit down or some time outside the office to get work done in a different scenery. This is a larger Starbucks than I’m used to, with plenty of soft, upholstered seating, as well as tables perfect for work or study materials. Staff is always quick and courteous!

85 percent of the time my drink is not right I get the same thing every time and it’s always different. Every time I go to another location is perfect. The amount of money my husband and I spend here you think it would be right. This time I’m Writing a review because I got something different. (For this location, I’ve had it at others) When my husband handed it to me I noticed it was light so I opened the lid and it was only 3 quarters of the way full. It’s frustrating, especially when we come here so often and with the prices going up. Now I’m not even getting a full cup of coffee? And it’s bitter it barely taste like there is any Hazelnut syrup in it. Please fix this.
