I don’t go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and as a former employee, I pay attention to a lot of little things just out of habit! The store was busy today, but I was still greeted immediately! The girl that took my order was patient as my kids told her which cake pops they wanted and I got a Triple Grande Carmel Brulee and it was hands down the best drink I’ve had all year. Thank you guys for making the last drink of the year the best! Happy New Year!

Christina worked the drive through tonight. I was there about ten minutes ago, she was so very patience, so sweet and so kind. I don’t go to Starbucks very often, she helped me with the menu, selections and very accommodating with my decaf situation. Will definitely go to this Starbucks more often if I always get a Christina! We need more kind people like her in this world! Made my night!

The staff is super nice, but the drinks are crap! every time I order a white mocha, they give me a regular mocha and when they remake it, it’s always made super watery and sloppy. Like it already sucks paying so much for Starbucks and then when I want to splurge and treat myself, getting a sloppy drink sucks!! And then I asked for no dark chocolate curls and of course they’re sprinkled throughout the drink. I just don’t get why they remake drinks so sloppy.

The Melissa lady that works here is so absolutely kind and so sweet. I was having a terrible morning and she made my morning by just being so warm and thoughtful as to how I wanted my coffe made. Her smile lifted my spirits and I wish I could’ve tipped her so much more but I’m kindve broke rn but I wish more ppl were like her. The whole location is beautiful and they really know what they’re doing here.

Always incredibly quick and they are always positive. They work very hard because this is a busy location and they don’t let that in the way of their service and attitude. I recommend this location to everyone!

Did a mobile order for a venti chocolate cream cold brew and wondered why the cup emptied so fast. Turns out Starbucks charged me full price for a cup of ice.

In response to the below owner response – it was a mobile order, I should not expect to have an issue like this in general, especially when I pick up an order and start driving away, I shouldnt have to inspect the ice content in the cup, expectations at pricing and a business like this are higher than double checking the lack of product received at full price.

I bought two venti ice teas unsweetened twice today and I was actually in the store in the morning and drove through a drive-through the second time. I went back to see if I could get a refill later in the day and I was informed that I could not because I was still not in the store. Do yourself a favor and save your money. You can get the same ice tea for $1.25 at McDonald’s, the same size mind you, down the street… and they have better customer service. I am very disappointed. There is a reason why I quit Starbucks and I used to give them a ton of money every morning. Dutch Brothers, McDonald’s, anything is better than Starbucks now!

Like all Starbucks, when the location is brand new, they have great service and then the level of service deteriorates over time. At this location it happened very quickly. Yesterday I ordered an americano with vanilla and cream. I didn’t think to check their work on a coffee at a price point that dictates that it should be perfect everytime. No big deal, mistakes get made. Today I asked them to “make it right”, and the boy at the drive thru window obviously was not trained to satisfy a customer who had been wronged (when I was a partner we had a “just say yes” policy) . I wound up paying for my americano after a rude exchange (very common in Colorado, the level of service through out the state is subpar and dismissive compared to more civilized states). Avoid this location and Starbucks in general. If you think Starbucks swill is at all representative of good coffee/espresso, especially at the price they charge; you need to go out of your way to places who respect both the product and the customer. Included is a pic of the policy printed on the cup that they refuse to honor, and the ticket of my beverage.

This Starbucks is the best! There are so many nice people who work here but Emily is my favorite!! She remembers quick conversations we have had in the drive through and always is happy to see me. Not only do I start my day off with a yummy drink but I leave with a smile on my face. Thank you!

Cindi is an actual gem and needs to be protected at all costs! She is the poster child of what customer service SHOULD look like and I hope her coworkers take a lesson from her on it. This lady never ceases to brighten my day up with her bright and cheery attitude. A little smile and positivity can go a long way for some of us regular folk.
