Leaving a mutual review hoping for more training. This is my local starbucks and I order often from here but drinks at this location are often made wrong to the order or made wrong just in general tasting very watery leaving me grouchy for the rest of the day! Lol On a separate note, staff have always been very friendly here!

The young lady with blonde hair was very nice, I hadn’t tried the brown sugar shaken espresso drink and it sounded interesting. I asked if she liked it and she happily said it that she liked it but it did come with a very strong coffee taste. When she gave me the drink she offered that if it was too strong to come back and she will make it again with suger and cream. Very nice and very polite.
The coffee itself was very good, I will say the next time I order I will add cream or sugar but on its own it is still a very good drink.

Every time I come to this location, they don’t fill the hot drinks to the top. I usually order a flat white, which should have little to no foam. I can tell immediately when picking up the cup if its full or not. Last time, I asked for more milk and the barista gave me an extra whole small cup full of milk. There was so much of my actual drink missing, that I was able to put the whole small cup of milk into my venti flat white. This morning, I picked up my drinks and could immediately tell they were half full. I asked the barista to put more milk in them, she did, but I could still tell there was so much missing. She said ‘you order a drink with a lot of foam’…umm, no. Flat whites should have little to no foam. After the foam settled there was about 3+ inches missing from my drinks. Crazy that we pay so much, and they can’t even fill the cup.
Edit: I’ve come to this location 3 more times, and this has continued to happen 2 out of the 3 times.

The staff was so excited I ordered pup cups for my cats because the baby chaos gremlin loves whipped cream that they told me to bring the kitties next time. When they are adventure cats we will have to stop by the drive thru. 😀

Every thing else was amazing with the food and drinks awesome but the Service isn’t nice the employee being rude to the customer by doing nothing just sitting she was yelling at me which isn’t a pleasant employee and the atmosphere is alright but not comfortable with the environment with the staff of the company and workers yelling at people that they want sit at a coffee shop to charge my phone and doing my work! And the lounge is for everyone and everybody to enjoy and relax environment but a little disrespectful employee to the other costumer and the environment as well! Bad employee! Thanks Starbucks, Do better!!!

The window this morning people were a joke. Dude with the crazy hair you shouldn’t argue with a customer telling you there drink has coffee in it when u asked creme base . Should of just remade my drink not insist it’s correct when u can see the coffee on the drink. I asked for a refund on coffee and to make my sandwich instead you guys were extremely rude and cancelled my entire order.

I have been a happy customer here for years. Recently, my Shaken brown sugar espresso must have got mixed up with another order. It was a disappointment since I was in a hurry and couldn’t go back to fix it.
I mentioned it to Makayla, the store manager, and ahe didn’t hesitate to make it right. Excellent as usual.
