I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times since it’s opened, usually in the morning anytime before noon. Each and every time the person speaking through the drive through has been rude, makes it seem like we are wasting her time. It’s been so annoying we’ve stopped going and drive a bit further for better service. I’m not sure if it’s the same person each time but they def need to train employees on better customer service.

They have really good serve. Everyone was so polite. I appreciate it that alot. If you are having a bad day or feeling low….. stop at this Starbucks and grab a coffee. You won’t regret it.

Staff is always busy making drinks. Lots of foot traffic, drive thru and mobile orders. It took awhile to get my drink but completely understandable.

Nice, big Starbucks with plenty of seating. Staff are nice and helpful and if someone takes your food or drinks by “accident” they’ll accommodate quickly. It can take a while to get your food and drinks, but it’s not because of the staff. There’s so much traffic inside the store, online orders, and in the drive through that it’s amazing they can keep up.

Great place to meet someone for a meeting. Quiet and clean. Standard Starbucks food quality. Nice staff. Drive thru line can be really long and slows down indoor service.

I ordered 1 drink through the app and when I got to the restaurant it was completely empty. No one in the drive-through no one inside. I pull up to the drive through and they proceed to tell me “they just received my order, and you need to pull around again, cause it’ll be about 5 minutes.” I went ahead and pulled around, by now three cars are in front of me. It still only took 2 minutes to get back to the speaker. So what was the point of having me drive around again? And they didn’t even make my drink right.

This is probably the worst starbucks in kyle. They either make my drink wrong or it’s water down. It sucks because it is expensive and I pay for it so why not just try and do your job correctly. I’ve gotten drinks that I’ve ordered online that says no ice and they make it with ice eveytime I don’t understand why it was difficult to read what I had on my order. I’ve order things with extra carmel which they charge for and they hardly put any on it. Or they just mess up my order completely. I’ve gotten drinks messed up or the wrong size when it wasn’t even busy as if they were trying to rush to get it done. Very disappointing
