I’m actually impressed with everyone who works here. They are always so incredibly nice and welcoming. they actually all seem like they thoroughly enjoy working here. Props to them for always being kind, getting my order right, and going the extra mile. Ordered online for pick up. Arrived at the store 10 mins after it said it would be ready. Currently have been waiting at the store for an hour and all I got told was they ha ent gotten to my order. Other people have come in and ordered way after me and gotten their stuff. Will not be coming back to this one

Pretty standard Starbucks with lots of light and open space atmosphere. As a designer I like the modern architecture and finish of the store with the light wood, LED light drips and faux concrete counters and backsplash. Food, beverage and service was what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks, a truly refined restaurant chain experience.

2025 Red Cup Day, all I have to say is that the boy with glasses making drinks for mobile orders was a MACHINE. Waited max 5 min for my 3 drinks and he was such a beast I could see him pouring milk into a cup with his left hand and steaming milk with his right hand. Beyond impressed. I love this Starbucks location!! Thank you all!!

And I was just at the store, I waited for 20 minutes for a delivery order. I asked the employees, but they didn’t even bother to answer, they just ignored me. Every time I have to pick up an order at the store, they ignore delivery orders. All the other Starbucks stores I’ve been to provide better service.

They cleared about 30 vehicles in the drive thru before making my wife’s drink she ordered inside. Absolutely absurd, I understand they prioritize the drive through but it don’t over 20 minutes of her waiting for a simple iced latte???????

Absolutely HATED my strawberry açaí today because it wasn’t shaken. You know they’re lazy when they don’t bother to use the shaker to make the beverage. It’s standard for making this beverage so the barista’s need to not take the lazy approach.

Brand new and the third Starbucks in Kyle, and the second to serve the very busy I-35 corridor (Austin to San Antonio). Large and spacious with a very nice covered outdoor patio. Only comment is I am used to see nice artwork on a wall but here just two small Starbuck drawing pictures.
