Usually love when my wife makes a starbucks run. They have really good service and are always super friendlu. the only reason for the 3 stars is because of todays order. we decided to use a mobile app to get our coffee dlivered, and the drinks came back completely wrong. normally i get a caramel machiotto hot, with 3 extra shots of espresso, and my wife gets her dragon fruit refresher with sweet cream. she highly recomends it as she fell in love with that drink. what we got was a iced caramel machiotto with onpy one extea shot of espresso, and a dragon fruit refresher with no mango and no dragon fruit. the dragon fruit is always pink, and this was white. we called the store and thankfully they replaced the drinks, just wish we could enjoy the delivery services like when we make a trip to the store. they did make the replacements right, very happy.

This one is very clean and the service was extremely friendly! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I absolutely hated the music, but that’s just preference. I’ll definitely still go back, but just through the drive thru.

Ordered 2 refreshers in the drive thru was told they didn’t have the inclusions but when I went inside because my order was wrong they had them behind the counter… so I paid for 2 incomplete items for no reason.

Love their coffee and other products. However, they have pretty much priced themselves out of my market. Paid $4.28 for a cup of coffee the other day! Their coffee is great, but not 3 times better than their competitors, and charging extra for creamer, give me a break no one else does this!

Awesome and fast! One Barista there is freaking phenomenal. Always wearing a smile, always has the order correct, always friendly, and will give 120% hustle. I believe her name is Madison; she was working the drive-thru. This young lady deserves some recognition. I definitely will be returning for customer service like this. 12/10 for Madison
