I came here on March 5th at 1pm and it is a great location! They always get my orders correct and treat the customers great! I love the atmosphere and Marshall was super kind, had great service, and got me a refill for my drink while I was studying here! Would recommend to anyone and it’s my favorite burleson location!

This is now the 5th time I have gone to this location and they have quite literally taken 30 MINUTES to serve 6 cars in the drive thru. Every single time. Not only did it take 30 minutes, not only is my food cold, but the past 2 TIMES they messed up my single basic drink order. How do you get paid to make drinks and cant even read a label.

I use to love Starbucks before all the controversy. I would go at least 4 to 5 times a week. I am paying over $7 a cup. I think the workers should at least show more respect. I come to this location in the evening of September 4th. The only reason I still come to Starbucks at this point is for the convenience. The screen was malfunctioning that day and I called out to the speaker wondering if it was working. No one answered, so I went to the window to see if maybe something was up. They start freaking out telling me to not do that next time. No big deal I just didn’t get an answer I told her. She goes I was answering, but you had your window up she told me. I’m like I’m pretty sure I had it down, but I could have just remembered wrong. She’s like we had you on video. I ask my husband and he said I did have my window down when I was at the speaker. I just feel like it wasn’t necessary for her to imply that I was lying. Like it was never that serious to begin with. Anyway at this point I am fed up with Starbucks. I don’t ask for much I just want my coffee and go. I feel like I am paying way too much to feel like the workers are doing me the favor for the service. I always try not to be rude and somehow many times they act like I’m not good enough to go there. I am not saying we should be able to treat workers however we want, but they should have some respect for their loyal customers who pay a lot for the convenience of Starbucks. I have had many great experiences as well. However, this is the last straw for me. I am making my coffee at home from now on. I don’t remember the girls name, but I feel like she embodied every reason why I never want to go to Starbucks again. I know I am not the only one who feels this way. Let’s do better as humans.

My coffee at Starbucks was good, but I was very disappointed by the behavior of some employees. I witnessed three male staff members directly pointing at and laughing about a young woman’s large nose piercing while her head was down at the counter, waiting for her drink. They even quietly signaled another employee to come look. She was the only customer standing there, and it was clearly targeted and unprofessional. I hope Starbucks management takes this seriously and addresses it.

We asked for a big Mac and we were confused cause I guess we called the wrong person but they hung up immediately and we were very confused. Why we thought Starbucks had big Macs not our fault.

Bad customer service, I ordered online through the App and ordered a piece of cake in the drive thru for additional item. While waiting I place another order of a cake on the App. The woman in the drive thru said I cannot cancel the cake I ordered in the drive thru, I said that’s fine, i said OK, so I pay it. What makes it worst is, before she handed the order, she just keeps on talking about the order. I said it’s OK, just give me the order, I already paid for it and she keeps going on & on. I did not get her name because she did not hand me a receipt. This happened on 8/24/25 @ 8:15 am . Not going back to this location.

So I asked for a Venti coffee and when I got to the window I asked for extra creamer in a cup. Then she gave me a grande, I politely reminded her that I ordered a Venti. She proceeded to tell me that I ordered a grande. But I never ordered grandes. Then she said she’s gonna have to charge me the extra, for Her mistake, and we all know that good customer service would have not charged 30 freaking cents. The next day I came back and ordered my Venti, and of course, when I get to the window, I need extra creamer because they didn’t put enough. And the lady tells me that I can order the extra creamer in my coffee before I get to the window because it’s a recurring thing!!!! You know I would’ve just been fine with the suggestion of adding extra creamer, but the fact of the matter is I like to do it myself, because if it’s over creamed it’s going to ruin my coffee and my coffee is very important to me in the morning. It is something I look forward to. And the fact is they do not make it properly… So I like to do it myself. But for you to say and add that extra comment… This is a recurring thing. You rude customer service representative… This has only happened twice and it is because y’all don’t know how to properly cream someone’s coffee. And yes, I am picky. I would rather do it myself. I would have gladly taken the suggestion and asked for an extra cup at the window when I order, but then you want to be petty and catty and that is very unprofessional. It’s so sad that this is our only Starbucks other than Burleson. So for now on, I will ask for all my extra cream at the window. Thank you very much. And for the record, I love Starbucks… But this one has poor customer service. When someone gives me great customer service, I will complement them and even write a good review about them. But these women here give poor customer service. SMH, Management should rethink their staff
