I absolutely love this Starbucks! ☕️ I had the Carmel Brûlée, which was amazing , and my wife had her favorite, the White Chocolate Mocha with 5 pumps of white chocolate . The staff is always super friendly , the drinks are made to perfection every time , and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming . It’s my go-to spot for a pick-me-up whenever I’m in town . I can always count on them to get my order right ✅, and they make me feel like a valued customer . Whether it’s the morning rush or a quiet afternoon , it’s always a great experience here! Highly recommend! ☕️

Extremely rude service yesterday at 1:05pm in store. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 sweet items. My first drink came out fast but wrong, it was suppose to be hot they made it cold. While waiting for my second drink which, I was never given, the employees were not busy just looking at me with no acknowledgement. Finally at 1:21pm I started looking around myself I discovered my drink near the drive thru with my name on it. I asked one of the baristas can you get my drink near the drive thru? She handed it to me with no apology or accountability. The worst experience ever!

This Starbucks is exceptional. You’re always welcomed in like a long-lost friend. Kendrick has cultivated such a positive environment for customers and employees. Each employee genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service and making sure you’re truly satisfied with your order. Every employee deserves a special acknowledgement for being ROCKSTARS. With that being said, Stephanie and GiGi really add to the positive environment and experience.

There is no integrity or customer service here. This morning they watched people waiting for hours for a cup release just to let the baristas buy up all the product immediately upon opening. We never had a chance and were 1st in line. There was no transparency provided to the people waiting that the cups were sold out. At least leave 1 or 2 for the line. What happened to integrity? Why is the staff so greedy and dishonest with us? I spoke with the manager and he was clueless. He also offered nothing in return for the inconvenience. It is clear that this location is staffed with dishonest people who only care about themselves. I will never return. I don’t care if it’s just a cup it’s about the way they treated people who were there to support this business. It’s not an example of good customer service and they should all be ashamed for the way this was handled.

As a coffee fan, I stopped by and ordered for couple of coffees cappuccino, dark chocolate and caramel macchiato with double shot espresso.
Ambience – The ambience is really coolest and wall decoration is simply awesome
Service – The staff working very passionately and respect the customers professionally.
Beverages – I feel they did not prepare coffee well. The coffee was not taste well.
Over all place is superb but not the coffee.

Pulled up to this Starbucks and locked in a caramel frappe with extra caramel smooth and sweet just how I like it. Also grabbed the dragon fruit refresher and it lived up to the name light, refreshing, and always a good choice.
Service was solid, drinks came out quick, and the vibe was clean and calm. One of those spots you can slide through and reset.

This Starbucks doesn’t make drinks right. Every single time I have ordered something, doesn’t matter what it is- the drink doesn’t taste even remotely close to what it is supposed to be. I order the same drink from Starbucks by my office in Plano and there is a massive difference in the quality of taste and the coffee actually tastes like coffee. One time at this Starbucks I had my drink made 5 different times and it still wasn’t right. Starbucks is too expensive to not taste right. Don’t recommend this Starbucks.

This Starbucks never gets an order correct smh this is my third time here and each time i have to go in and ask for them to make my order again. I placed a mobile order and asked to add both ex cookie crumble and caramel crunch, and what i received was 3 pieces of caramel crunch. And the worst part is there is never a rush when i order. It’s not that hard guys.
