Everything about this location is perfect! I’ve been coming here since they have opened and the staff are so caring and so kind they take the time to get to know you as well as keeping a fast and speedy pace. There’s never been a mistake with an order. They haven’t been happy to fix this as quickly become the only Starbucks location that I have enjoyed going to.

I just have to say I love every person I’ve encountered at this Starbucks! I came late at night one day, soon before closing and the woman who helped me was just so kind! She’s a super cool girl covered in tattoos, I didn’t catch her name. Then, again this morning a girl I’d say in her 20’s who was super polite as well! (brown curly/wavy hair)Also.. didn’t catch her name. Haha I don’t come here often but I pass it on my way home occasionally. Today was an intentional stop, a little out of my way but I knew it would be great service per usual. Thank you guys and I hope you know your service is really appreciated! xoxo

I live in Royse City, as a matter of fact, 4 minutes away from this starbucks. But I’ve decided I will no longer patronize this location. My husband made this decision months ago, but I wanted to have faith that things would change. I rather go to Fate or to Rockwall location at White Hills. This is the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever tried. It’s like they don’t care about quality control, or they don’t have a manager. My favorite drink is Strawberry Acai with water. The times I pre-ordered it, they almost gave me water, very little base. The last time I purchased it, they gave me 3/4 of the drink. I work nights, and sometimes I get coffee on my way to work. The last time I got a drip coffee, they gave me cold coffee. COLD didn’t attempt to even put it in the microwave. I didn’t notice it till I had driven away. And I gave this guy a tip! Their regional manager needs to stop by this location and take a look at what’s going. If you want coffee either go to rockwall or go to Circle K gas station

Everytime I go to this location my drink is wrong. I understand it is similar to the crumble frap but I’m ordering one that comes with drizzle. And believe it or not they taste different because of it! The parking lot is a nightmare in itself just to pick up your order, then for it to be wrong yet again is disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I will not be returning. This is the only location o have this issue with. Even ordering online thinking maybe they misheard me doesn’t fix the issue.

After all the add ons we did, we didn’t receive any. I also ordered a venti and got a grande delivered. I ordered delivery through the Starbucks app and they have no resolutions. I feel robbed. 10:03am 6/14/25

Slow service. One total on the menu board when I got to the window I was told another total. Communication is not cohesive amongst crew members and it’s pricey. $23 for two drink and two breakfast items. Starbucks used to be one of those spots you go to for a treat NOW it’s becoming something like a fast food restaurant with mediocre customer service.

This location is set up! I rattled off my complicated drink and he caught it all the first time. My grande blonde hot vanilla skinny latte with oat milk and and extra shot was perfect. The coffee cake was to die for! I have mourned the loss of the morning bun for long time but I have found a new favorite. Egg bites were delicious too!
