The barista with the colorful eyeshadow is always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely kind, and it shows the moment you walk up to the counter. She has a way of making mornings better, even on the rough ones. She’s helpful, patient, and clearly cares about customers, not just getting the order done. Starbucks needs more people like her because she turns a quick coffee stop into a good start to the day.

The manager with the wild eye shadow needs some training with customer service. Also, I believe the cups are supposed to be filled?? Ordered a Tall and the cup was only 3/4 filled. Multiple bad experiences is why I finally decided to review. Do better Starbucks.

I can pay $8-$9 dollars per day for coffee but the day I want a cup of iced water I’m forced to purchase something to get a cup of water? Terrible policy change and I won’t buy another cup of Starbucks until the policy is changed back. For similar quality and only just a buck with the app maybe more

Terrible service! Waited over 30 minutes for one drink ordered on the app. Sat and watched so many people walk in an order and leave long after me. When I asked if my drink was going to be ready soon she said she had to prioritize other orders. Yeah orders that came in after mine I saw my drink tag up on the thing the entire time. Drink was finally made and it was supposed to be a frozen drink it was half melted! Come here all the time and now I won’t be back!
