Ordered a peppermint mocha and it never fails there is no whipped cream or chocolate shavings on it. They NEVER put it on there. Also, whenever was taking orders today came across inconvenienced and bothered by taking one single drink order. Have fun paying. They hold the keypad up towards the sky and you can’t see a thing. Like face it towards people so they can see. Leave it to Muskogee to ruin this place.

I was dashing in here and the blonde lady may be in her 40s was extremely rude to me. The guyhad set the food out in front of me and I thought that was the whole order and then she said something about the drink for the customer that I was picking up for, so I said, what did you say because I was trying to make sure I got the whole order and she just snapped at me and was extremely hateful because I didn’t fully understand who she was talking to because I knew she was talking about the order that I was doing. She literally said to me we can’t just give you the food without Basically securing the bag. Lady, I’ve been doing this for quite a while and I’m fully aware of that. I just couldn’t understand what you were saying because you were mumbling so much. Customer service has really went downhill. The other gentleman that worked in there was very nice but the blonde lady ruined the whole experience. I don’t ever wanna go back there again and I usually give them business myself as well. She just was so hateful. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but it’s not an excuse to be rude to customers. Do better lady and if you’re not happy at your job, get a different job. Whoever is the manager at this location, really needs to have a talk with this lady because she was just beyond hateful. I’m thinking about reporting it to corporate because I was just in shock how rude she was. I would’ve listed her name on here, but the reason I did not was because she was not professional and did not have a name tag on because usually when I write reviews, I will put the person’s name directly on there. Every place I’ve ever worked he had to wear a name tag so people could identify who you were. She probably doesn’t wear it because she’s so hateful and she knows that people are going to get her in trouble for it.

UPDATE! ANYONE ELSE HAVE MISSING ITEMS CONSTANTLY DESPITE APP STATING THEY HAVE SAID ITEMS?!!?! Well, the reason for this is because they are not going to refill the items yet do not want to mark out too many items off the menu. IF IT IS NOT AVAILABLE REMOVE THE ITEMS OFF THE MENU! I am so tired of ordering my drinks to not have the complete drink I requested & PAID for. This is a higher management issue!! This is NOT the barista fault or doing they are simply doing as their management instructed them to do. I am also calling the number I have found to make another complaint as well.
Consistency across the board is why I love Starbucks. You can bet on your order being the same any location you visit. The people at this location early in the weekday opening are the best! Very kind and they all are efficiently quick here no matter the time I go. I’ve pulled up to see 5 or 6 cars move smoothly through the line giving Chick-fil-A vibes with how quickly they moved orders out, and correctly!

This Starbucks has very rude employees. They continually make the incorrect drink order and then are mad when asked nicely to remake it correctly. Isn’t that their job? I’ve had enough with the rudeness; won’t return. There are too many alternatives. Lindsey is the worst one of the bad batch.

Stopped in for an early morning coffee at 6am. Place was clean, music going, and people already enjoying their coffee. I got the venti, quad, sugar-free vanilla lattee with almond milk and a cheese Danish. Both were amazing. Service was there nothing great. No one greeted me when I walked in the doors, didn’t ask for my name for the order, and no smiles or asking how I’m doing

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchase my 2 coffees everyday for the past 4 yrs at Starbucks the same way. 2 Trenta Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brews with the cream on the side. I was told no, its against their policy to put my cream on the side… Well from Texas to MI I have never had an issue. I waited 80 miles to get to Starbucks for my coffee while on my 1300 mile trip just for them to tell me no, they couldn’t make it like that. 100% do not recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered 1 standard menu item drink for $5 that I order all the time at other locations that they have a picture of on their menu board & they made it wrong -& smiled at me & told me to have a nice day, as I drove off w/ not what I ordered, bc I guess they were too lazy to do all 3 steps to make it. Do not order an iced shaken espresso here; they will not make it to brand standards. -&, also, don’t go to the Whataburger around the corner for their iced coffee either, bc they’re even worse…
