Well, I paid quite a bit of money for a venti but didn’t get much drink at all. My wife bought this for me to bring home and asked for one without ice, so as not to melt. Well, this is how much coffee they gave me. Ridiculous! You won’t be getting any more money from me Starbucks.

Worst experience ive ever had at a Starbucks entirely because of the manager named Emily. I asked where to give feedback about not having paper towels in the bathroom and her response was “What do we look like construction workers?” and it went downhill from there. When I went back in to get her managers business card she was trash talking me to another customer. When I asked her she lied about it and when I told her I overheard her she kicked me out of the store saying “If youre going to leave then you need to leave.” No attempt to offer anything resembling service. I never raised my voice, or made a personal attack, she was just so triggered that I didn’t enjoy her attitude and asked for her to not make my drink with her bad attitude. Like come on girl if you want to quit just quit dont take out your unhappiness on me.
Strongly suggest staying away from this location or you’ll end up with bad attitude and passive aggressive coffees. Not sure where your bad attitude is coming from? Probably the drink Emily made for you.

A few days ago I ordered a peppermint mocha that ended up tasting like burnt coffee ground and extra peppermint flavoring added to mask the taste. I decided to give this location another chance and bought a peppermint hot chocolate and a pink drink. There is a bug in the pink drink! And no hot chocolate in the peppermint hot chocolate.
Update: I went to carry my drinks inside to get a refund, and there were fruit flies flying everywhere
behind the counter and in their display case of the food they serve.

This is the best Starbucks that we have in Rapides Parish. The girls are always friendly and on point with orders. They could close down the other locations because this one can handle it all.

I normally love this Starbucks and I’m not sure what the deal is but this is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve paid for COLD FOAM and gotten WHIPPED CREAM. There’s a major difference. Also, this visit I was given AT LEAST 4ins of whipped cream when I clearly ordered old foam. They can never keep their online menu up to date so I never actually know if they have anything I want in stock. Must call before hand. Cold brew has been “sold out” on the app no less than 3 weeks straight. Unacceptable.
