hiii! Gracy here :)) I’ve been coming to this Starbucks the past two years it is right by my high school and have saved me plenty of times. !!!! Whether I want a complex drink order or just a regular Carmel Frappuccino or even just a Medicine Ball Tea when it’s cold they always come through. I’m gonna upload some of the pictures of the drinks that I’ve gotten I love this place!!! I get there early in the morning probably like 6 A.M. and they’re always so sweet and get my order right every time. As I’m now a senior and probably won’t be going to this Starbucks as often once i graduate thank you so much for all the times I needed energy for an exam and you saved me LOL. or just needed a little pick me up! 10/10

My family and I stopped here for drinks on our way out of town… I placed a mobile order on our way to get gas so that I could be quick… While waiting for the mobile order to be finished (almost 20 minutes after the projected time) my daughter and I were browsing the merchandise. She found a cute tumbler and brought it the the register to see how much it cost. I was told I couldn’t buy said merchandise because there was no price tag or barcode… I found the particular holiday tumbler online and asked if could buy it now that we have a price… At this time Siena caught an attitude and didn’t attempt to help me beyond saying the manager would have to sell it to me but she’s been working 50 hours and probably wouldn’t come in. She then condescendingly advised me that if I wanted the tumbler I could go to the other location. I asked if there was some way she could type in the transaction manually and was once again met with hostility.
I began handing her the only other tumbler like the one I wanted and as I told her she should take them off the shelf if she can’t sell them… She rudely told me not to touch them and instructed me to leave it on the shelf.
I let her know I would purchase both tumblers, but was once again told there was nothing she could do to help me. As a shift lead she was very unprofessional and disrespectful when I was simply trying to buy a tumbler for my daughter.

I previously had given 5 stars because this was a great location to come in, relax, have a drink. The staff were really friendly and the store manager was a really cool guy to sit and chat with. Well there’s a new manager now and she’s cold, unfriendly, and you can tell the change in the store vibe. It’s not warm and inviting anymore, the staff still try their best, and the drinks are good, but this new management ain’t it.

Coffee is consistently way too hot and has burned my mouth more than once. Drinks are often only half full, and the wait is always extremely long whether inside or drive-thru. This has happened multiple times. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to—my family and I won’t be returning.

I mean what’s not good about Starbucks, oh I know the drive thru line . This location usually moves pretty fast so it’s not a major issue unless you’re squeezed for time. You could always go in for faster service. Haven’t had a bad drink here yet always consistent but I was told my favorite flavor will be going away till spring . I’ll have to try other drinks to see if I can find a new favorite.

All ice no spice, all water no cream. Drinks made horribly. Drinks were watered down. I bought 5 drinks and spent close to $40 dollars for WATER!! Drinks have blocks of ice. We tried asking for them to fix our drink since they gave us wrong sizes and wanted to reduce our sizes instead. Cashier was friendly and appreciated his customer service. Overall, bad experience. I’m just traveling through and expected to have a good experience at every Starbucks and this was beyond horrible.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at one of your Starbucks locations on Monday, May 13, 2024.
During severe thunderstorms and tornado warnings in Prairieville, LA, I sought refuge at the Starbucks located at 14033 Hwy 73, Prairieville, LA 70769, as it was the nearest shelter available at the time. According to the store hours posted on the door, the store was scheduled to close at 8:00 pm. However, upon arriving at 7:31 pm, I found the store locked, despite there being customers inside and lights on.
In the midst of a dangerous emergency situation, I attempted to enter the store to seek shelter, only to be met with rude and inhumane behavior from two black female employees. They motioned for me to leave and made hand gestures suggesting that they were closed, despite the fact that there were still customers inside the store.
This experience goes against every positive interaction I have ever had with Starbucks. In a time of crisis, I expected to find safety and refuge at your establishment, but instead, I was denied entry and forced to leave in the midst of a tornado warning.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of compassion and empathy displayed by your employees during this incident. As a loyal customer, I believe that Starbucks should uphold its values of providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals, especially during emergencies.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and take appropriate action to ensure that similar incidents do not occur in the future. I have attached photo evidence of the store hours on the door, along with a timestamped photo as proof of the situation I encountered.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding a resolution.

Stopped here at the beginning of a road trip and was thrilled they were open- coffee i got was burnt and cold. Pretty sure they gave me what was left in the pot from yesterday.
