I love coming to my local Starbucks, I get a drink everyday! I enjoy most all the employees there, such a friendly staff. I spend ALOT of money here and today I’m just so disappointed, just at my wits end. For the 3rd time this week my drink has been made WRONG. When we spend $9-$10 a day that adds up. I should not be given my drink made incorrectly, and have to say this is wrong. (Months ago, my friend and I were rudely approached by the manager and team because I complained my drink was made incorrectly) I let this slide and looked forward to things improving even after we were treated so rudely. They did improve for a few months, now we are back to throwing my drink away because its incorrect, and I’m afraid to speak up because I will never forget the last time when I did. I can see by looking at the drink it is not right, I enjoy and look forward to my drink daily and I’m tired of wasting my money.

Today was my first visit at this location. I love a place that’s spacious and clean. Everyone on the staff was really nice and the service was fast. I ordered egg bites and a small coffee, it was delicious. The outdoor seating area is very nice too! Thank you!

We travel Nebraska often for work and personal and as a coffee addict we visit Starbucks often. Hastings Starbucks is my favorite Starbucks by far. The service is top notch, my drink always made correct, the staff are always bubbly and friendly, and I rarely have to wait. Thank you! Keep up the GREAT work!

Service was good service was friendly however order was incorrect when it’s 22° outside they should not assume that you are ordering a frozen frappe drink they should ask if you wanted hot or cold. The drink was fine however it was not what I ordered. With the line behind didn’t feel like waiting to have them correct it better luck next time. Also a hot drink would be more common at 6 AM than a frozen drink.

For many years I have been going to coffee shops in Hastings & Grand Island. And I have to say this is the best run coffee shop I have been to. The drinks are consistent with all employees making them the same way with the same amount of ingredients (finally, a consistent coffee shop) The employees are always very friendly. So thankful for this reliable coffee shop with great tasting espresso.

This is a nice Starbucks with great Wi-Fi! I worked there most of the day on a Tuesday and it’s a busy store. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and as always, the coffee was excellent.
