Cozy environment with background music, individual chairs, as well as table options for 2-4 people. Great for a meeting spot, or working remotely with free WiFi.

Friendly staff who great you when walking in the door. Quick drive thru lane and mobile pickup ordering, some merchandise in-store like tumblers and coffee beans.

Dine-in options will give you a plate, silverware, ceramic mug for hot drinks or glass for iced drinks. If walking or driving nearby, this location always has clean restrooms, can ask for a cup of water or pup cup for pets.

Edit…I know my drink can be remade at no cost but that is hard to do when you are already ½ way to work or where you may be going. The CONSISTENCY is not there. That is what needs to be fixed at this location.
The consistency for this location forget about it. The drinks are NEVER made the same. They are either bitter & burnt tasting or they did an amazing job making it. I even stopped coming to this location & started going to the location down the street bc of this. I decided to give them another try hoping the the consistency changed but it hasn’t. It may not be a problem if the drinks where cheap but they are not. PLEASE FIX HOW THE DRINKS ARE MADE!!!

I recently visited the Starbucks drive-through and had a positive experience. The ordering process was efficient, and, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My tea was prepared as requested, and the wait time was satisfactory. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of the drive-through and the quality of the service. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick caffeine fix on the go.

The drink didn’t taste good but that is the least of the issue. We went to starbucks at this location yesterday to get a chia tea. One the cup, it said, “Culos!” We didn’t know what that meant so we googled it and saw this. I have added a screen shot as the other review was taken down for stating what it means. We didn’t know what language it was didn’t know anything now, we are left thinking someone tampered with our drink. I spoke to the manager who gave the incorrect email to my wife and continued to deflect. Said the cup says, “Enjoy!” look at the cup and tell me what it says. We were not rude, we just ordered and purchased our drink and were treated like this. Got us thinking that what else was done to our drink by this place.

This starbucks has phenomenal customer service. Our drinks are always fantastic and if we ever have issues they are quick to take the time to fix them. We come here very often and greatly appreciate the kindness from the employees here. The location of this starbucks is right off 435 which is a highly commuted highway. Very easily accessible!

So I am Sitting here in the drive-through at 8:06 on 5/27 waiting for the shorter Caucasian lady in the taller, brown gentleman or black to at least come to the window. I noticed that you close at 8:30 and it’s 806 but you won’t even turn around. I’m pretty sure you know that I’m here because you seen me go past but you won’t even turn around to acknowledge me. I think that’s kind of strange so do you close at 8 o’clock and the website says 830.

I usually have no problems with this location. Recently, my order has been wrong, I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that said it would take 10 minutes, and today – I requested a packet of Splenda be added to my iced coffee and they put the whole packet in…. including the wrapper. I’m a very unhappy customer.

Long lines and excessive wait times are the norm at this location. Despite countless reviews and complaints, nothing ever seems to change. I frequent several locations around Kansas City, and this one consistently has 30-minute drive-thru waits, with mobile orders rarely ready on time. As the saying goes, ‘A fish rots from the head down’—it’s time for leadership changes, because clearly the current management isn’t getting the job done. I’m definitely calling corporate. This store is near my office, and it’s a real inconvenience to have to avoid it.
