How my brand new drink was handed to me. The ice was completely melted making the drink taste watered down. They just squeezed a bunch of caramel at the bottom. This drink was made very poorly, a caramel macchiato. The quality here is not good.

Ordering was quick and the staff were helpful. The price was reasonable for the service. There were plenty of seats and power outlets at most tables. Parking was adequate. The lighting in the morning was a bit harsh due to its intensity (I wish there was a way to adjust the brightness based on the outside sunlight). It’s worth a second visit.

Bro made me a a banana bread matcha that was literally Shrek green with cold foam the consistency of someone’s nut. My sister went in to see if it could be remade but felt like she was an inconvenience. Go to any other Starbucks.

Haven’t been to Starbucks in over two years. Had some family visiting from out of state and they wanted coffee, so we stopped by. And yeah… this just reminded me why I stopped going. Barely any drink, packed with ice, and the flavor? Practically nonexistent. Definitely sticking to local coffee shops from now on, way better quality and you’re supporting real people, not a corporation.

It’s so convenient to order and it’s waiting by the time you get there! This makes the morning run so much more smoothly when I get my daughter breakfast before school. The food is way better and healthier than McDonald’s, etc for the same price.
Don’t forget the coffee! She gets breakfast and the Pink Drink (full of strawberrys, healthy and YUM ), and I get my Frappuccino. Always friendly at the one on Mass! You guys! Lifesavers!

I got an iced coffee and had a bit of it while I did some work. My air pod fell out of my ear and onto the floor, and when I got up to go get it, I knocked over my coffee. ♂️
I went over to the counter to let them know that I just made a big mess, and before I could say anything about the mess, a barista who apparently saw it just asked “what coffee did you have?” and then went straight to making it for me!
I was going to apologize and buy a new coffee seeing as it was my fault, but it was incredibly kind service and I greatly appreciated it!
PS: the lobby and bathrooms were nice and clean, so that’s a bonus.

the service is actually so rude. I usually don’t leave reviews but every time I’ve been here the person taking my order has been extremely rude, sighing loudly when I order, rolling their eyes, and just generally acting like they can’t stand customer service. I’d rather just go to a coffee place a little further down the road.

It has been pretty good in the past but for the last month or so they have made every single chai with little to no flavor. It’s aggravating because I am not spending $6-7 for a cup of milk. My drink is always super light as if they are not putting the right amount of pumps of chai. In the picture I asked for 2 extra pumps.. doesn’t even look like the original amount is in there..
