Great place for coffee. Manager knows what hes doing. Theyre friendly even when theyre short staffed and customers are being dicks to them.

I’ve been a couple times since the opening. The store is beautiful, the atmosphere and energy within the store is great!! Shout out to Abby, Brenna, and Kenna. They were such kind, and helpful young girls. Store and drive thru was packed and these girls had great attitudes. Thank you!

I am so grateful that Starbucks finally opened here in Moberly because I’ve been waiting forever for a place like this and it’s so close to Dollar Tree which makes it really convenient because I can get what I need for my kids and then grab coffee for myself and I want to thank the employees because even though it’s busy and they’re short-staffed they are doing their best and I really appreciate that, but I do have to mention that getting here is still a little stressful because Moberly is terrible at clearing snow from the roads and instead of residential areas being plowed properly you end up driving on streets that feel like fields of ice and slush and it makes it hard to get to even places that are so close like Starbucks and Dollar Tree safely and I just don’t understand how it’s so difficult to remove snow so it’s not a hard icy mound, and I really hope the city gets it together because it would make visiting Starbucks so much easier and safer for families like mine and even though I had to navigate some slippery roads today, once I got there the service was great and the employees were friendly and patient and I just really appreciate them opening here finally because it’s a convenience we’ve needed and I hope they know that even with all the chaos in the city, people notice and are grateful for the effort they’re putting in and I just wish the roads could match the great service inside so that everyone can safely enjoy it.

The drinks were great they did well with that. The problem I had was while the cashier was taking my order, another employee, Tonya, interrupted us to berate the barista taking our order over cups. Extremely unprofessional. The barista did well and made sure our drinks were great. All the while Tonya continued to look angry and be rude to everyone around her. You could tell it was a very tense working atmosphere.
