I go here frequently and across time drinks have been inconsistent in their quality. Staff is willing to remake but as someone who is dairy free, having them make the drink with dairy milk in error multiple times is very upsetting from an animal rights standpoint. There was one visit where they remade my drink incorrectly three times and I was so upset I got a refund and left.

I noticed that the cappuccinos I ordered in closed cups seemed to have less quantity than expected. I tried both tall and grande sizes, and on the first day I thought it might have been accidental or due to extra foam. However, the next day I experienced the same issue with the grande size as well. The coffee was finished in just two or three sips, which felt unusually small for the size ordered.

This place is clean so there’s no problem there. But when I ordered my coffee, an iced caramel latte, it was 9:04. My friends ordered one minute after me. One got two sandwiches and a pumpkin frappe. The other got a vanilla bean frappe. They got their drinks first at about 9:10. I waited another 5 minutes. A woman who got there before us said we’d come in after her and she hadn’t yet gotten her drink. She finally got it and left about 5 minutes later. I continued to wait with my friends. We’re from out of town and had to get on the road. At 9:21 I finally asked where my drink was and they had to check on it. They’d lost my order. I understand being busy but is their system messing up time placement? I’ve never had to wait that long at ANY Starbucks location.

Do not go after 9pm. I waited in line order my drink. Once I got to the window they told me they was not accepting cash! I only had cash left my debit card at home. Sadly learned my lesson I am completely done with starbucks!

I placed a online order. This was my first time ordering on the app and picking up in store. I asked one of the ten people working if I was at the right spot at the counter for picking up my online order. They said yes. So I glanced at the lettered spots for a drink order that had three drinks all together that looked like what I ordered. I didn’t see any orders with 3 drinks all together and no stickers were facing out for people to see what names were on the cups. I’m not gonna start touching other people’s orders looking for mine. One worker said they were running behind on orders, so I sat down to wait on my order. They finally got caught up on the orders, and one worker asked for my name. I told her. She then said your order is right here. Mind you I ordered 3 drinks. Two were together and my other one was at the other end. No stickers facing out on any of them. How was I supposed to know which ones were mine unless I touched the cups to turn them all around. I feel like this location is not one I would recommend and doesn’t hold very high standards. It can’t be that hard to make sure the labels face out for customers to see their orders, and to put all the items in an order with the same name together. Thankfully I’m from out of state and don’t ever need to go to this location again. Try harder people.
