Staff is rude. The last few times I’ve been here the drinks are so nasty so it’s official I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. Couple days ago I got 2 Java chip frappes went in to pick it up, I noticed the drinks had green stuff. I figured maybe they just put the wrong toppings on it and I tried it anyways and it was so disgusting like minty water. I went to the lady on the side which said nothing and gave me the side eye. Another associate is staring and I repeated it again she took the drinks looked very long and hard and then said she made the wrong drinks. Inside of ”I’m sorry I’ll remake that for you.” She then remakes them “correctly” but the drinks were stil gross. No flavor all I tasted was the milk. I didn’t want to ask for the 3rd time so I took it. Neither me or my bf finished the drinks. They went to the trash. Today I went back again and I ordered a different drink. I figured there’s a different crew today and it would taste better. However that is not the case the drink taste like milk-no flavor

Wanted 2 large drip coffees. They only had enough for 1 cup so settled for that. When I was handed my coffee I was told they only had enough for half a cup and she walked away. I was still charged for a full cup. Definitely not a good Starbucks experience won’t go back to this location.

You’ll never know Starbucks how much I love you, please don’t ever ever take my dear Carmel Macchiato away or I will cry for days and years, like I did when you discontinued the Orange Loaf (which tasted like Flintstone vitamins), the molasses cookie, and Irish Cream flavor years ago.
