Falling asleep on my way Out of town Stopped so at the Starbucks. It was about 25 minutes before 7pm – closing time. I stood there for about 10 minutes being ignored by the associate. So I asked, “So you guys aren’t opened until 7pm?” The associate said we just had to close for a few minutes to restock.” Correct me if I am wrong it has been a while since I worked in the food Industry, but hours of operation typically means the time we take orders. Since when do we close early to restock? Horrible customer service, and with Starbucks getting so much competition too. Maybe Dutch Bros will be more accommodating.

Both ladies were so nice and really helped me through what I needed, as I am a novice with Starbucks. They were so polite and professional. They are located inside Price Chopper. The employees and their area were nice and clean. Their parking lot and store are handicapped accessible. The area seemed safe. I will definitely be back!

this is a location I frequent my service is usually great. I’m particular with my drink and usually they are careful about it but today Britney had a really bad attitude and was upset just because I asked to see how much of something she put in my drink mind you she stood in front of my drink while she was making it to block my view they know I like to watch them make it, so I don’t understand what is wrong with Britney today but her attitude is bad.

What a poor experience at this store. Got yelled at by the barista that clearly didn’t know anything. Not only did it take him forever to prepare our drinks (we waited over 10 min) but after asking about our free hot chocolate he started raising his voice and told us that we have to wait until the ticket comes to him so he can prepare it which didn’t make any sense as we already put in our order and the free chocolate was part of it. But he didn’t care and told us we can wait or not but he doesn’t care. Usually, I feel bad for people that are not happy with their lives but there is no reason to yell at customers and being rude. I filed a complaint with Starbucks and hope that they will take action so other customers don’t have to experience the same that we did today after spending $15 on 2 drinks. And one of the drinks was awful as he didn’t prepare it correctly.

Wanted two large drip coffees. They only had enough for 1 cup so settled for that. When I was handed my coffee I was told they only had enough for half a cup and she walked away. I was still charged for a full cup. Definitely not a good Starbucks experience won’t go back to this location.

This Starbucks is in a grocery store, but it does have sufficient seating with windows and relative privacy from the main grocery store.

Customer service was exceptionally friendly and efficient when I was there, and seating was comfortable.

I do prefer standalone Starbucks, but this was really good nonetheless!
