This is possibly the slowest Starbucks on the planet, but I don’t think people go there for that. If I was single in St. Louis, I would hang out here all day. Very busy with classy, athletic, and good looking people.

I can appreciate the traffic this location receives- this is not my first visit. What I do not understand is the lack of customer service. Not only did it take 33 minutes for my drink but when it was ready, the young lady did not say the name on the order like her colleagues. But for me watching and paying attention, I would not have known that my order was ready. I typically frequent the Olive & Craig location and I will continue to. The staff is much more attentive, and consistent.

This is my local Starbucks and I go here a few times each week. It is okay, but there are often problems with my order which I just do not understand in that I usually use their app? I think that it is primarily a staffing issue and that there needs to be more employees working each shift. If I have a specific comment /criticism it is that there needs to be a person standing at the pickup area to address problems all of the time rather than just during the rush hour. Next, the place could be cleaner and the trash cans (including the one outside) needs to be emptied more often. This place prints money so hiring more employees should not be that hard? Also, while understaffed and perhaps poorly managed I will say that the employees are, in general, clearly trying to do a good job… which I appreciate.
