I love this Starbucks location! It is always extremely clean, the staff is super friendly, and no matter how busy they get they always make sure that they try their best to get every single order up to par. I know they get extremely busy, but even during those busy times, they are always welcoming the guest with a smile along with a friendly greeting. The managers are absolutely wonderful, so sweet. It really take the time to get to know their guests and recognize friendly face.

The wait was longer than usual for the walk in, the drive-through was backed up by 10 or more cars with multiple orders in some, and that effected the walk ins. There is good outdoor seating with umbrellas and plenty of room inside. It is clean and the people working at this Starbucks were friendly and helpful.

I’m so sad to post this but I felt like if anyone is curious about this location they need to know. So the other day was my mom’s 45th birthday and she was upset because she was not able to stop by Starbucks and get a birthday drink due to the responsibility of being a mother of 4 children. She went in today to see if maybe they would let her get her free drink, which she looks forward to every year, and the lady at the register just smiled at her and said “No”… that’s it, and in the most sarcastic tone. I’m definitely not someone who typically complains, but this is so ridiculous and rude. She did not deserve that. We will most likely not be back at this Starbucks location.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience. Apparently this is a very busy store. Walking in was the mistake. App orders take presidence over live walk in. The staff is trained to put customer service on hold to get app orders out. For a black coffee, a scone and coffee cake took 20 minutes. Once I stood in line to get the refund then the food and coffee was delivered.

During a rush, this place is awful! I ordered ahead with my Mobil app at 7:56 am, the app said my order would be ready at 8:07. I understand there is a rush, but it took 45 minutes for me to get my order. This is absolutely ridiculous. And then the drink that I ordered was wrong!! Took another 20 minutes to get my correct drink

We just went to this Starbucks, FESTUS !!worst Starbucks we have ever been too. Workers seemed to have no urgency at. When we asked for management, the girl said none at store. We asked for regional name and phone number. She literally said I don’t know him personally. What??? She didn’t apologize only excuses. Extremely long wait time. Y’all better fix this!

Those poor girls are working so hard to keep up with orders to have to deal with some very rude people. I just watched those girls run there tails off to keep up only to throw orders away because people don’t pick them up after ordering them online, I watched a rude customer go off on them, but I not once saw anyone thank them for working so hard. So ladies if you get to see this, like I said as I was walking out the door, THANK YOU! I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK, DONT LET THOSE NEGATIVE PEOPLE STEAL YOUR SUNSHINE!
